These guy are great. No hassle. I have geico insurance. I hit a pig and jacked up my front bumper. Fit and color match is perfect. The were very friendly and made the whole process easy. We were in a recent car accident after looking and searching up and down our insurance company had a great review for this company and we went with it kinda nervous because it was all the way across the island from we're we live but after not seeing my car for almost 1 1/2 months due to everyone being so busy and having to order parts all this waiting was defiantly the best option for us they they did a great job and I couldn't even believe this was the same car when picking it up at there shop.I couldn't believe how great of a job they did and all there hard work of getting us back on the road great job everyone from Bob's fenders repair mahalo

Debbie and DeeDee are the most helpful and courteous ladies I have ever dealt with. They are so accommodating and their workers do quality work; perfectionists! Hilo is a small town...and because of their professionalism, they continue to thrive as a successful business. Love this family company!

I don't normally do reviews but I've needed body work done on my 2017 Tacoma 2X this year. I took a chance and tried Bob's Fender. I must say I couldn't be happier with the way they do business and the incredible quality of their work! I highly recommend them for all your body repair needs. I sure hope I don't have a need to return anytime soon but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I'd give ten stars if I could. The service was beyond excellent!! Friendly helpful staff, went above and beyond. The costs were very very reasonable, the body work was beautiful, they helped me through the insurance claim and rental car, and when my car was returned it was washed and much cleaner than when I brought it in. I highly highly recommend to all my friends and anyone needing repair.

The folks at Bob's Fender are true professionals. I have absolutely nothing but praise for how they conduct their business. A family business since the 1970's they put customers first and their work is excellent. Not only did they restore our car to new condition, they returned it washed and vacuumed I would recommend them without reservation.
