Toyota service center is a joke. Even if you schedule and appointment it is pointless. They will make you wait for hours! 3-4 hours for an oil change??? That is ridiculous! Also the manager has no customer service skills. They treat their customers with no respect or common sense. Very disappointed with their service. Go somewhere else!

They are so busy they do not have to cater to thier customers. My first appointment had to be made almost 2 months out. I arrived and was given a 4 hr estimate. 3 hrs in I had not heard anything. Upon checking I found out the work hadn't started yet. They did finish in about a half hour but I'm not sure what good an appointment does for you. Probably buy a Subaru next.

I pulled in and asked if there was a way to reset the lights on the panel. The guy that approached my vehicle said that he can tell me how to do it myself, went back in and came out to tell me his manager said he couldn’t tell me I had to make an appointment.
My husband worked for a Toyota Dealership over 25 years in Ca. This would have never been acceptable there.
How many Toyota Awards does this Manager have for number 1 customer service year after year.
Reading through the comments seems like this isn’t the place to do business.

There service center is horrible no customer service appointment times for nothing. Made us wait for hrs and they still didn't look at our suv
we ended grabbing the car back for an emergency. Guess we won't be buying a car from them! Oahu is super easy to buy from and they deal with the shipping to Hilo

Went here today for oil change. The appointment was at 10:20 we were there at 9:50 tell me why they only started working on it at 2 pm. We were left hungry and tired as we had a lot to do at hilo and at home. Finished at 3 this is the worst experience i’ve ever had from toyota. I come here often and it would be 2 hours max which is completely understandable but 5 hours for oil change is outrageous!!

When arriving to get my Tacoma looked at, as I was approaching the front desk, there was a skinny African American woman who stared at me with a very rude look. I was confused as to why she would not greet me or say anything? I was confused. I was expecting a "hello how may i help you", but got nothing but a rude stare. This place gets a 3 overall because it’s so expensive, and the mechanics are Barely better than the other auto shops around here, but the customer service from Harley was Awesome and she gets five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely No integrity. Another money grab operation where they don’t do what they say they will
Literally every time I go, they make me fight to get what they agreed to do.
They told me my first 3 oil changes would be free.
Every time I go they just try to rotate my tires and consider that the free maintenance.
It’s just so annoying dealing with frauds who don’t do what they say they will

BI Toyota Service sucks. They don't answer phone, don't call back. They promised to fix our paint peel problem on a '15 Corolla was supposed to be under warranty, never did anything. AVOID.
