“Battery BIll's (in Hilo) saved my vacation. We left home between a snow storm and an ice storm and when I got to Hilo and went to take some photos I had left my Canon LP-E6n batteries charging on the wall of our house. Both Office Max and Wal Mart said there wasn't anywhere on the island where I could get batteries for my camera. One clerk said we could try Battery Bill's. We called - they had the batteries and EVEN got me a charger the next day. I was ready to take a flight over to Honolulu or even head home if I couldn't take photos - They were amazing - fantastic and excellent to work with - yup - Battery Bill's saved my vacation.
