Brought in my battery to replace on my Sprinter. They recommended me a battery based on their knowledge of batteries and experience worth $500.00 . 6 months later... battery is dead, and they don't hold themselves responsible.. not only that, they informed me that because it's low voltage level, warranty is voided. I was using my van regularly one day and the next day it won't turn on, never had it in storage. Won't be coming here and won't be recommending them at all.

Battery BIll's (in Hilo) saved my vacation. We left home between a snow storm and an ice storm and when I got to Hilo and went to take some photos I had left my Canon LP-E6n batteries charging on the wall of our house. Both Office Max and Wal Mart said there wasn't anywhere on the island where I could get batteries for my camera. One clerk said we could try Battery Bill's. We called - they had the batteries and EVEN got me a charger the next day. I was ready to take a flight over to Honolulu or even head home if I couldn't take photos - They were amazing - fantastic and excellent to work with - yup - Battery Bill's saved my vacation. "IF" you ever do something like this to yourself and find yourself looking for batteries in Hilo - Go to Battery Bill's. Thanks folks Scott

My car battery died, and a mechanic who jump started my car recommended Battery Bill, he said they have the freshest batteries. I called them, paid for the battery over the phone, drove up and they brought the battery out to me. Great service, and very pleasant. Yes, I recommend Battery Bill!
