Terrible phone service. On hold for over 30 minutes and just gave up and hung up. CU Hawaii picks up right away and you can talk to an actual person instead of a robot. ZERO STARS

Very poor service. It’s almost closing time and only 2 active tellers helping customers and 6-7 others standing around and talking story. Not a good impression to make.

Just waited on the phone for nearly half an hour for an operator to tell us that she would not help us change my mother’s email because my mom doesn’t have the password. Said it would take a few weeks if she helped us. In this day and age of technology! She told us to go to the app which is off-line right now. Thumbs down.

I regularly visit to do my employers deposits and get change for our cash drawer. The tellers here are always efficient and friendly.
