Three months ago I sold my phone to this store in exchange for a credit on my account. After numerous conversations with both Kevin, who is the store manager, and the corporate customer support number, there still is no credit on my account. At this point, it appears AT&T stole my phone from me, and now Kevin is not returning my calls. lolDoes anyone know how to talk to an AT&T employee who actually can help resolve situations like these?

They staff was very friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to get the correct Sim card transferred into my phone. I originally had a first responder Sim card, but after 29 years of being a nurse and developing a disabling illness, I lost the minimal discount since I am no longer able to work. It is beyond AT&T's ability to control the company that provides the first responder Sim. They handled the switch with compassion and efficiency.

Kevin at the Puainako store was awesome! He really knew his stuff! His customer service skills were on point! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone!

The workers were lovely people but the systems so broken. Store is separate from the entirety of AT&T (different owners i think) so we ended up waiting much longer than originally told. I hope they pay their workers good because one of them definitely was working overtime for us

Kevin and Destiny are the epitome of customer service. I went to another store and was told that I had to wait until they received inventory. I waited two weeks then decided to go to another store. Kevin said he could order it and have it in a couple days. Not sure why the other store couldn't do that.Kevin gave me what I wanted with no pressure to sell me something I did not want or need.

Me and my mom went with a robust amount of questions and Shane answered them with ease and helped us get new phones and update one. We are very happy and pleased with Shane and the amount of knowledge he held about the different plans and phones. We are so happy with the service and would like to see him get the acknowledgments he deserves.

My #1 reason for stopping today at PuainakoAT&T today is because it’s a very convenient location. Wait period super fast compared to downtown AT&T.Kevin & staff are very helpful & their customer service is top quality. Kevin throughly explained in detail the steps of transferring my service from one phone to next, & has answered all of my questions.

Kevin at the AT&T store in the Puainako Center location was extraordinary in his customer service and knowledge. Kevin built an atmosphere of trust through his patient attention, depth of knowledge and excellent communication ability regarding very complex aspects of AT&T’s Family Plans with multiple phone lines and devices as well as the utilization of those in multiple countries. My experience at the AT&T store in the Puainako Center with Kevin has once again validated AT&T’s superiority and assured my confidence in continuing to choose AT&T as my mobile and cellular service provider. Thank you Kevin for all your assistance. I not only highly recommend AT&T but specifically recommend visiting this location.
