Great service here. Traveling and having picked up a sim from Walmart we found we had trouble getting this connected correctly. These guys even stayed late just to keep trying to get it sorted for us. Go see this team as they were great help

We are on a cruise tgat stopped in Hilo. Were having trouble with our phone. Although we arent AT&T customers, we went to your store and asked Tim for help. He was so nice and patient with us. He is an asset to your company.

May-Rhonda is the absolute BEST customer service agent. She goes above and beyond to help her customers! I just came in to get help for my AT&T app and she totally helped me figure it out AND I got a new phone and better plan! Love her!!

For some reason my phone started telling me that I wasn't online, even though I had full signal. AT&T customer service couldn't get it fixed. I bought a new phone but the problem was still going on. Customer service told me to take the phone to the store and they can take care of it. Well they couldn't fix the issue either. The lady tried changing my SIM card and no go there. Then she was kinda rude and insults my choice of phones and said that is probably the problem. Meanwhile AT&T is collecting the auto pay for a service that I still don't receive. Going on 4 weeks and still don't have data or any explanation for the problem. Full signal bars and unlimited plan and AT&T doesn't have any concern about it as long as they get paid in full my service doesn't have to be full. After years with them it's looking like time for a new service provider that provides service. Can you hear me now?

Purchased 2 iPhones at the AT&T Hilo, Hawai’i store one week ago. Our service rep. was Tim G. Tim was very personable, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented; certainly a very pleasant experience.I had a concern about an accessory, a router, which involved the store manager Daniel. Daniel listened to my concern, and was very proactive in resolving my concern that was very positive. Daniel was also very customer oriented, and certainly displayed the highest standards of a manager.I highly recommend AT&T cell phones and accessories. I have been with AT&T for 12 years, and I continue to be a very satisfied customer. Tim and Daniel are certainly an asset to their organization. They went the extra mile just for me.Thank you AT&T.J. 5 stars for Beau. The in store rep Beau was awesome! Unfortunately, we had to rely on calling customer service on the East Coast and they were not so awesome. I recently purchased a pay as you go phone from Walmart. We were trying to port my old number over from Verizon. This process took 4hrs, which is ridiculous. We still have a billing issue, but had to try recall customer service again. They would not take any phone calls 5mins prior to closing at 10pm EST. Now I have to go back another day to have billing issue resolved. I left AT&T 15yrs ago for similar customer service issues and am regretting giving you a second chance again. May switch back to Verizon again next month.

I wish A T & T store in Kilauea Ave. have more good employees that have good customer service. My family's experience with this guy , tattooed guy, was not very good. He was not helpful at all. Avoid this guy at all cost.

This review is strictly about AT&T's mobile wireless monthly plan. I got disconnected at 9:30pm when it should still be connected until 12:00 midnight on the last day before renewal at midnight. I have been cut off as early as 6:30pm and I really feel the main company is cheating me by short changing my minutes on the last day. I already brought this matter up with the main AT&T customer service and they said they would look into it and it's been half a year since and am still being disconnected prematurely. It's a rip off. Another incident I bought the exclusive AT&T smart phone and the power adapter that plugs into the wall outlet quit working within only a year of the warranty. It was a $35 smartphone. The warranty department said I had to nail my phone in and pay a $65 deposit in case they seemed it not covered under warranty bye to abuse. Hello it's a $35 phone and only the connection piece that plugs into the household wall outlet. They said I needed to send the phone in as well and the $65. Very shady business practices for sure. I bought another phone $40 this time same model and yup it was only the plug. I wasted $40 plus tax as a result of AT&T's poor customer service.
