The team was able to get my 01 Tacoma in quickly. Diagnosed the issue and replaced the water pump timing belts and more. They explained every step to me and showed me all the failing parts and issues. I really appreciated how they communicated professionally and promptly but also educated me step by step. I was stoked on their service and prices and team! Big mahalo. So nice to finally have a dedicated team looking after my Tacoma and keeping it going at 220k! (It’s just getting broken in!) mahalo!! Highly recommend!

This IS THE PLACEI went to another spot, they tried charging me over $1k and had an attitude like I should be grateful. They were even recommended by the Chevy dealer. Nope. Found Aloha and did find alohaThey handled my back window fast and WAY WAY less than the others offered. Took a couple of days for Aloha to find the window but it was well worth it. Only place to go. Period

I've been trying to find a place to reseal my windshield and fix my driver side window for about a year and finally was about to get it done with these guys! John was super helpful and kind, explaining to me exactly what had happened and what needed to be done! Fixed it all up real quick and with a good price!

They were able to see us same day as we discovered a crack in the windshield. Luckily, the windshield we needed was in their inventory on hand! Actual work completed in 45 minutes or so. Great service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I broke the back window on my truck and called these guys and they replaced it for me that same day. A few months later I noticed that behind my back seat was always damp...I didn't think anything of it. The truck was my daily driver so it was drying out. Fast forward to me getting a new car and letting this truck sit with a leaky window....mold/mildew everywhere in the truck! So I call about changing the window and the guy tells me they've been having this problem a lot and that that window has been recalled so bring the truck back and they'll change it for free. I make an appointment and when I get to the appointment the guy is looking supposed to see me. I told him I'll wait for them to change it, I'm not in a rush. After 20 minutes the guy comes back and tells me sorry, we gave the window to the kona shop...he'll call around for another window another day cuz he doesn't have time right now. Man, you just had an hour to do my window and now you don't?? Whatever. So he said he would call...I wait a month and he hasn't called yet so I called and left a message. No response. I wanted another month and tried calling again. These guys won't even call me back!! 4 months later I'm still waiting for them to return my call. Super bad attitude with the office guy. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys are amazing! Saw few recommended auto glass places recommended and heard the usual complaints about staffing and shipping issues so most could not get immediate help for at least a couple of months. I totally get it with all the domino affect due to Covid between staffing and shipping issues. I must've had luck on my side. They not only had my windshield in stock and were able to replace right away however it was I that had scheduling issues. These guys not only were great about working with me, providing their recommendations and expertise about questions, and showing up when they said they would. HIGHLY recommend. They are mobile and come to you.
