We recently purchased a car from Aiona auto sales and didn't even realize that it had a light out. The service dept had checked the car over the day before and already ordered the part. About a week later, I got a call to bring it in and scheduled an appointment for the following week.When I arrived, they were expecting me and let me know how long it would take. The man at the service desk checked to see if I wanted to wait or have him call when ready and offered their air-conditioned waiting room.It was set up nicely with a table and chairs, as well as a couch, TV, bookshelf of books to look at while waiting, and a restroom that was clean and well-stocked.They were friendly, nice, and fast. Great experience!2nd and 3rd visits were even better! They take such good care! Had to get a part that was back ordered. They called and got my car in right away when it arrived and got me back on the road super quick. They so great!

After my wife got into a accident with her car, I needed a rental ASAP. I was in Kona working so I called Pat. He immediately took cafe of my wife and even picked her up and took her to the dealership to get her a nice rental. Couldn't have asked for better service! Mahalo Pat
