Staff member here is extremely knowledgeable on Hawaii and points of interests and cultural promotion. Which I find unique and unusual for any service personnel in this work environment. Most say they don't know and direct you online.

If you need leis for any occasion, don't waste your time, Ah Lan's is the place to go! Lana is perfect to help you with your selections, especially if you need a last minute order. She will make it happen. The leis are beautifully crafted with a lot of Aloha. And that is important when you want to gift someone with a lei. Lana herself is warm, personable and full of joy. She just makes you feel good about your choices to fit the occasion. That is why she's been a staple for us here who live on the Big Island.

She did an amazing job for our son wedding.on Feb 29 2020. both her and her sister are so friendly and helpful. I phoned from Canada for information and she send pictures which really helped.
