This is THE place to go for auto glass repair. After calling all other options on the island, Ace was the fastest and most affordable option. Their customer service is exceptional, and they are very reliable. They call you back, they don't change their initial quote, and my repair was done very quickly. Ordered glass 9/29/22 it's 6/29/23 still no glass and unhelpful responses from the company. If you want it done go elsewhere. I gave up.

The installation seems ok so far. But the clean up was poor. We had stuff all over the dash , on the seats, carpet. Hand prints on the fabric by the windshield. Had a hard tim getting the window clean.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After calling three windscreen service centers in Hilo, I opted to go with Ace for my windshield replacement. Took a couple weeks to get my windshield into the store (ordered from Honolulu). Ultimately I am glad I went with Ace; but there is room for improvement. Prices and workmanship are excellent. Kelton is very friendly and easy to work worth. The not so great is their communication. No one picks up the phone or returns voicemails. So if you are fine with going to their service center to get updates and scheduling, you'll be good. Just be patient and it should go well.
