From the beginning, my experience with A-1 Autobody has been absolutely terrible. When I dropped my truck off for repair work for an insurance claim, the owner of A-1 couldn’t take a check or credit card payment because his “bank account was frozen”. It took him MONTHS to order repair parts and get started on the work. He had issues communicating effectively with my insurance company and with me as a client. He would take weeks off from working on my truck and took on other projects and then the work he finally did on my truck was subpar. The bed liner looks like he covered it in thick tar full of rocks, he didn’t mask off the edges of the liner paint and you can see the area where he didn’t cover the bed in a consistent layer (thick and thin in different areas, you can even see the blue paint of the truck from the holes and gaps in the coverage of the liner paint), he left dents in the frame and just painted over them, and the welds he made to the frame look like he took bright green chewing gum and just stuck them on the metal. He completed destroyed the value of my vehicle, all the while making excuses and taking his time. For a job that he originally quoted would take 6-7 days took over six months. When I finally picked up my truck, it was full of mold, rat feces and smelled of cat urine. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I am reporting this business to DCCA, BBB, and am considering getting an attorney involved.

Full of incapable idiots who can't take anything apart without braking it. Also Sam is a living 2 face that takes adventage of anyone he can ! !
