Did a great job install a new downdraft fan that nobody else wanted to bother with. Good communication and quality work.

Tried to set up an appt but the lady he hires is the rudest front desk secretary I've ever come across. He probably would be better off hiring someone that is good with people if he wants any business. Would not recommend

This place should not be marked as closed. I don't know about their storefront though. I've always called them up. They fixed my dryer and helped me fix my oven (told me the parts to get if I wanted to install myself). Great service. I would use them again.

I was grateful that Rod came to repair my dishwasher when I explained I was leaving for a trip and friends would be staying in my home. He arrived on time, consulted with the Bosch repair service, pushed a lot of buttons, and voila! it was working again. I had tried doing the same thing for three days with no success and was happy to pay the basic service charge to have a fully-functioning dishwasher again. I did have to call them a couple of times which is why I give them 4 rather than 5 stars. Would definitely recommend this repair service.

I have never used this service. However, my Amazon account was hacked on 11/24/17. Amazon said orders for two movies were placed against my account by "Rod's Samsung Hawaii" (how did that entity become an authorized user of my account?). Amazon refunded my money. I'll take this post down if "Rod's Repair" can convince me that someone in their operation did not steal digital movies using my account at 11:30 a.m. EST and 3:30 p.m. EST. Searching on "Rod's Samsung Hawaii" returns only "Rod's Repair" and references to Samsung appliances. Rod Ruger, Indiana, USA
