Nice lady but the banh mi sandwich was not as good as I expected. The bread was so so and the meat was just OK.

I'm sad! My mom wanted to try this place out but it's closed!! :( No recent review has said this yet that I found, plus nothing on yelp :/ I hope one day we'll come back all the way out here....

Came here at around 6:30 pm after the closed because yelp said it would still be open (yelps fault), but the owners were came out to check on us and asked us what we wanted. Beef Pho was legit with lots of noodles and meat. The mango sticky rice was really good. They also helped turn on a light for us for the outside seating area while we were eating .

The sandwich's are so ono! That's all I've ever eaten repeatedly from here. The bbq chicken and lemongrass chicken sandwiches are my favorite ever of any Vietnamese restaurant on this island and big island. I'm super picky about gristle and fat wods on my meat, and I sucked these down like a brand new Hoover. The meat was perfectly marinated, seasoned and only quality cuts were used.Even after a 10 to 15 minute drive home the bread was fresh and crispy. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for semi-fast food-truck food!

Not the best pho I've had, but still better than some restaurants I've been to. The pho broth was alright, but didn't quite hit the exact same. Flavor-wise.

tldr: the most flavorful pho you'll ever have. I'm still dreaming about this pho from a food truck on the side of the road in Oahu. Coming back from the North Shore, we were in the mood for pho. "Pho Vientiane Truck" popped up in our searches and the reviews were fantastic, so we knew we needed to check it out. My friend and I split the Pho Combo and the Chicken Banh Mi. Wow! wow! wow! The pho comes with two sauces on the side. Definitely mix these into the broth if you're looking for a spice sensation that will blow your mind. In my experience, sauces don't mix well with the pho broth. I know that traditionally the flavor intention with pho is not spicy, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well these sauces mixed with the broth. I even went and asked the lady who owns the truck what sauces she gave us (one was chili oil paste and the other was a mix of hoisin sauce and sriracha). The banh mi was also tasty! It was a nice contrast to the spicy pho.

Quaint Vietnamese food truck just behind the convenience store. They are super nice and serve you with a tray and ceramic bowl if you are eating there rather than taking out. Pho was fantastic and their spring rolls were made to order. We stop by for mango sticky rice every once and awhile. If you're up in Koolauloa for an afternoon I highly recommend this place.

Excellent home made food, the bahm mi and rolls were so good, I'm just sad I live so far away from this place or I would eat here every day. The sweetest lady works here as well

I’ve always wanted to go to this place and I did last week. I honestly didn’t expect this place as good at all, but I was very wrong. If you don’t know “Vientiane” is capital city of Lao. So I assume the lady that made these is Laotian. I love everything in the plate: the broth, meat, meatballs, and even the veggies. The summer rolls were also really good because they were fresh with a really good peanut sauce (not the typical peanut Thai sauce). It’s way better. The quantity is so much. One bowl for two people. Unless you eat a lot lol. I couldn’t finish the pho and put it in the fridge for four days. It was still good after I reheated it. I would definitely go back again. It’s probably my favorite pho spot of the entire island. There are chickens but the place is always clean.
