Best to go to the location that has the bakery and hot food not far down the highway called Kauai kookie Bakery and Kitchen. That is a great place to eat. Went to this warehouse location. One small room of cookies and logo merchandise. Maybe before the pandemic it use to be much larger? Don't waste your time coming to the warehouse location.

This is just a warehouse with boxes of product stacked all around. The small store sells items, but no samples were given as other reviewers mentioned. No friendly service, either. You're better off going to a retail store.

Great price. However, their paper carry bags that were provided with the purchased cookies smelled like chicken p**** last for days in the car… hmm

We stopped here to see if anything has changed. It did. No samples as described in the web since the pandemic. I thought it was a waste of time.

This is a must stop when you goto the west side to buy your omiyage to take back home. This is the factory so everything seems to be more fresh lol. They have a small store but with lots of stuff inside. They have lots of parking and the people there are really nice.

What a great place to get the freshest of fresh cookies. This is a small shop, but it is stuffed full of delicious treats. We have been coming to this island for years and this is one of our must see places when we return each time. We are never disappointed.

An unassuming hole in the wall that you'd normally never take a second glance at. Unless if you've ever been there and tried there food. Near the ports, this normal looking liquor store was in my opinion one of THE BEST places for a meal in all of Kauai. I'm not kidding, no joke, I was blind sided by the food here. My wife and mom had stopped here because there was nothing else open in the early morning and proclaimed it having the best loco moco, and by then we had that fish from at least 4 or 5 different spots. We were on our way to huaimei canyon and stopped for lunch. I ordered spaghetti and fried chicken, the loco moco of course, the kalua pork, a chicken teriyaki burger and a noodle soup. Now I'm real picky when it comes to spaghetti and a lot of places have trouble getting it right, even big fancy restaurants. This place, amazing. I was like WHAT?!? The pork, amazing. Everything we ordered was great. You could tell everything was homemade and rightly so. I don't give many 5 star reviews for anything. You really have to impress to get that out of me, but the food at this place was honestly the best meal I had the entire time in Kauai. My family and I literally scraped the bowls and plates clean.

We stopped to get some dessert to go with the dinner we were going to make after a rainy day of sightseeing. I picked the sweet potato haupia pie, my husband had the lilikoi chiffon with cream cheese, and my nephew had the 4 pc Ube Mochi. We each tried a taste of each other’s desserts and I liked the lilikoi dessert the best. I forgot to take pics of the desserts but we also bought a dozen of taro rolls which we used for breakfasts egg sandwiches for 2 of the days. Ruth was so helpful and friendly in answering all my questions about the desserts in helping my selection. My mom grew up in Hawaii and used to make haupia and delicious rolls so it brought back some sweet memories and was especially fitting since part of our reason for our trip was to scatter some of her ashes.

Pretty good stuff here. Wish they used real butter and not margarine. Cookies were light and airy. Pretty good. It looks closed but it isn't. Good variety. Worth a stop.
