Yellowfish Trading Co. is a delightful, family-owned shop in Hanalei. It is a wonderful store with a nice selection of vintage clothing, specializing in amazing vintage Hawaiian shirts. They also carry new and thrifted items, including local merchandise like a honu made from coconut tree bark. The quality of their clothing and products is exceptional and very high quality, offered at great prices. The shop owner provides stellar and wonderful customer service, offering a very nice greeting and happily stopping for a conversation. The owner is so knowledgeable, sharing treasures and talking about the history of the Hawaiian shirt and local Hawaiian culture, which is enlightening. They also give great food and beach pointers. It is a pleasure to visit this cute little store, stop in to make a friend, and find a gift.
Great store with great prices. Found a Hi license plate at a fraction of the cost I’d seen in other show. Lots of local merchandise, new and thrifted. Wonderful store owner that will stop and have a conversation and give great food and beach pointers. Stop in an make a friend, buy a gift :)

I stumbled upon this cute little store and fell in love with it! I needed a dress for dinner that night, which I neglected to bring with me, and I was happy with their selections and great prices. The quality of their clothing is exceptional.

Such a wonderful store right in Hanalei! We bought a nice honu from here which is made from coconut tree bark. Very high quality stuff right here in this shop. Must visit! The owner is so knowledgeable about the local Hawaiian culture and it was so enlightening to have a conversation with him.
