Walked into the store and a cute sweatshirt caught my eye however, my experience was ruined when I didn't get greeted or acknowledgedby the worker. However, the white woman behind me did. Would not recommend shopping here if you're a person of color, save your money and spend it where you are appreciated as a customer.

The rudest women working there. She did not greet us and then when everyone left the store except me she was talking about how rude the rest of my group was - but I'm still baffled how they were rude when all they did was asked if she had a specific jewelry and she said no in a very rude tone. Absolutely would not spend a dollar there! Go to Sway across street!

The associate was very unfriendly and yelled at the young women customers who were laughing together in the store. They were simply enjoying visiting with each other but were near the breakables. It was disappointing to see, and could have been handled much more pleasantly. Sorry, no sale.

Such great gifts!We found the perfect gift for our dog-sitter - a Kauai “Thanks for dog sitting!” Kitchen towel.We got a cool ornament too.Friendly and fun staff. Great location.

Entered the store, was not greeted in anyway! Totally ignored, a few seconds later some tourist walk in and are pleasantly greeted and doted on!!! Wont ever shop here as locals are not wanted!!

Love this place so much! A must store when traveling to the islands. Such a great selection of wonderful items! I’ve been to the store in Lahaina in Maui and this one in Kauai is awesome too!!

They always have nice jewelry and also cute gifts. I was there a little early this year, but the Christmas selections are usually wonderful! I'd caution that you need to check to make sure that the locations are open. Kauai only has the Hanalei store open. Maui has the Lahaina location open.
