The owner opened early for us and was so helpful! This is a locally owned family shop. I loved it and found perfect gifts to bring home. I can’t wait to come back!

Lady in the counter is SUPER rude. You would think she would be happy seeing customers come in instead she gives out attitudes and looks at you up & down. Don’t waste your time.

Beautiful jewelry. We were not acknowledged at any time. Girls at the cashier desk were busy discussing their personal lives.

While on the island picking up some smell goods for my Mother back in Arizona I stumbled across this little shop that had potential. I walked in and asked the gal back behind the counter (distracted by her laptop) if she had any products with the scent of Plumeria (my Moms fav)....she replied, "Yes right there" (as she pointed from behind the counter). At the same time I noticed the soap with the scent I was looking for. As I picked it up to smell it she said again "It's right there!" I replied, "Yeah.".... as I had the soap Plumeria in my hand. We then had this strange exchange repeating the same response over and over to each other. Finally, I said "Yeah, I see it" and showed her the soap bar I was holding. She then rolled her eyes at me and went back to her laptop. I wanted to walk out at that point as I was put off by her rude snotty behavior. I reluctantly purchased the items for my Mom anyway. We walked out and by Boyfriend was like, "What the heck was that? You would think that she would be happy to have a customer in the store ready to spend money VS being snotty and on her laptop the entire time." We saw her a few minutes later outside walking her dog and I tried to be nice and say how cute he was but she just glared at me and kept walking. All the other stores in the area had very nice and helpful employees so that was refreshing.

Cute little boutique that had gifts for kids, womens, and even items that could be gifted for men. I was intrigued by the jewelry - these beautiful beaded anklets that were quite pricey, earrings by the register, the beach things - only a few sizes in swimwear left, towels, wall decor - shell leis and lava stone arrows, and this sleek looking pocket knife.I really wanted to try on the anklet as it came in three colors, but I was never approached if I needed any help. I circled several times and entered the store two separate occasions while I was trying to decide if it was worth it. Nice shop to browse and if you're in need of a gift though.

Extremely rude, went in twice and the workers were on their phone, didn't greet me and when I finally said Hi they were snarky back. Why have a business targeted towards tourists if you don't want to welcome them? Hanalei has changed, bummer. Disappointed and didn't buy anything as a result,

I was searching for an obscure painting from French Polynesia, and I was told Ohana Shop had prints of it. I called, and Uilani was extremely helpful. I made the purchase over the phone, and she shipped it to me on Maui. Next time Im on Kauai, I will definitely visit the store. I even signed up for the newsletter. Mahalo!

Great place to buy gifts. Some local artists/designers too. Every holiday, anniversary or birthday- this is my go to.

Little gem that sells beautiful home goods, skincare, jewelry, and clothes. Love the support of many locals represented as well. A must when in Hanalei!

Small shop, mostly jewelry, but a few children's books and some textiles as well. My son fell in love with a book so we purchased it, but after getting home we noticed the retail price on the printed barcode had been blacked out with marker and a new price (with an extra 25% markup) handwritten on their own sticker. I'll take ownership of not looking closely before buying, but I wouldn't return to a shop that does this. My son loves the book, but I wish I'd purchased elsewhere.
