A small kids clothing and accessories shop in the main business strip of Hanalei. Lots of cute things to buy for your kids as a vacation souvenir. My son loves the Hanalei Bay rooster t-shirt we got for him... a funny reference to the thousands of wild chickens everywhere on the island serving as an unavoidable alarm clock :)

Stopped in here to buy a birthday gift for my granddaughter. The clothes are simply adorable!!! However... the customer service is not the same unfortunately. The owner was on the phone with her accountant and could not take even a second to help us out. She actually pretended we were not even there until I brought a dress to the register to pay. She slowly, very slowly hung up with Mr. Accountant. So rude! Then, I had to come back to exchange the size and the first time the store was closed. Went again the next day and closed again!! The hours this day were 1-5:30 and she took a lunch break!! Crazy! There were 3 other buyers there waiting with us until she finally showed up. This was a new person behind the counter but just as rude. Won't even go into all of it. ... I got my exchange but won't be coming back.

The clothes here is super adorable!!! I bought 2 things since it is a bit pricey for a little onesy, $36. But I figured I'll take cute pictures with my son when he is born! The service is not the greatest. I have worked in customer service for a very long time so I can understand both side. Showing respect to sales associate and treating them like how you want to be treated can go a long way. But just like some of the reviews, I saw what they saw too so i get it. Too bad since the clothes is super cute so it could be an easy 5 star store! I had asked the sales associate to help me find a certain pattern of the shirt and size and she did help me and after chatting of why I wanted it, she warmed up a little more which was nice. Hopefully, things gets better! I do love all the cute stuff here. I wish they had online store!!

I was in Kauai for my honeymoon and wandered into this cute shop. I saw some adorable mermaid dolls that I thought were cute for my nieces' upcoming birthdays. Unfortunately, I didn't check their hours and when I returned later they had already closed. Our flight left early the next morning so I was unable to buy the dolls. I couldn't stop thinking about how cute those dolls were so I did a little research and found their website. I emailed the owner, Juliana, who quickly responded and offered to send me pictures of the dolls she had in the store. She offered to mail the dolls to me and called for my payment information. She went above and beyond to ensure she had a happy customer. I'm beyond thankful and will gladly come visit her again on my next trip. Thank you so much! I know the girls are going to love their new mermaid dolls.

This place has GREAT items, but they sell themselves. I have been in this store two times in two different years and the customer service is just plain BAD. The first time I came in with my 3 year old and was watched like a hawk. Anything she touched we were scorned. She wasn't making a mess or damaging merchandise, just touching like kids do in a toy store. We left. This last trip we ended up buying over $100 worth of things! But never once did the teen behind the register ask if we needed help. We were in the dressing room (that we found ourself) trying on suits for a good 20 minutes and she never looked up to offer help or ask if we needed different sizes. Or even acknowledge our presence in the store. It was almost laughable at how much she didn't pay attention. If we were not honest people we could have worn the suits out and she would be non the wiser! The owner needs to step up their customer service game because this store is amazing and it needs to be visited! But if service doesn't improve I fear it won't be there the next time we visit...

Love the selection and cute items. The woman working the store today was incredibly helpful and kind. There was a very rude male customer spouting politics bordering abusive to this poor woman and she held it together handled it very politely and remained professional. Not sure what that person was doing in the store in the first place but obviously not a customer looking for boutique children's clothes disturbing others with his rants. I will be back!

wonderful assortment of Hawaiian themed kids clothes and toys .Fun little shop, nice and friendly owner. A lot of whale, dolphin, seal , hone turtle specialties too. Highly recommend a visit when in Hanalei. Most interesting selection on the island
