Asia went above and beyond with surfboard rentals. Was such a huge help as a first timer to the island. I rented a board for a week and could change it if necessary for different conditions. Very accomodating. He also helped navigate us to the surf. Amazing service and really helped our experience as a group of 6 girls on the island for a week. Thank you!

Perfectly located in the center of Hanalei. KRS has everything you need. My son loved his short board. They also provide good recommendations for where to surf. All with aloha.

Really cool chill guy with a lot of real boards for rent with no hassle. I was able to rent boards for my wife and myself over the phone and just grab them off the rack. Way better experience and inventory than the other shops I rented from to surf other areas of the island.

Super convenient. We had so much fun paddle boarding down the Wailua river to Uluwehi Falls (also known as secret falls). The paddle boards were easy to strap onto our rental car and we had them for the whole day! We were even provided dry bags on request, which was much appreciated. I recommend paddle boarding over kayaking if you’re thinking of doing the hike to Uluwehi Falls- the river is very calm and serene. Thank you!

One of the best spots in Hanalei for surf board or paddle board rentals. Abundant selection from long to short boards. Good condition. Straps for cars provided. Will be back for sure.

Hands down the best selection of boards on Kauai and the only one that will deliver to you. Had an e-foil lesson with Aja and he is a great teacher. Definitely recommend!

Kauai Surf Rental was perfect for our afternoon paddle on the river. Aja was so helpful and kind, and the equipment was in great shape. Highly recommend!!Note: don’t be discouraged if someone isn’t at the location when you get there, just call the number to get in touch and they’ll help you out.

These guys will take care of you -- bottom line. My wife and I have boards back at home and these guys were able to give us something similar at a phenomenal price. Not only that, but they drove us and the boards back out to the beach at no extra cost. We kept the boards for two days and returned then when we were finished at whatever time we chose. If you are in Hanalei, come get your boards here for sure.

Called them at 3 PM from the beach and they were there in 5 minutes dropping off two surfboards!!!! Awesome service!!

Aja is great! My kids and I wanted a combo of easy-going soft longboards and high-performance shortboards. Aja delivered them on the south shore at our hotel doorstep on our first morning, and we had an awesome time surfing in Poipu and also up north in Hanalei. Wax, board fins, and soft racks were included. We had everything for eight days, and it was awesome. Highly recommended! Mahalo!
