Wow! Super great experience and very reasonable prices!!!! Rented two paddle boards for "24hrs" for same price as competitors charge for just 1 hr. Plus, we picked up late afternoon and were allowed to return next day before closing (6pm) so we had the boards for 27 hours. They provided straps for our vehicle. No fuss, quick assistance, renting was a breeze. The gal working the afternoon & evening of March 13 and 14 was super nice and helpful ( apologies , I didn't catch her name). Everyone should rent from this place!!!

I was able to rent hiking poles here for the Hanakapi'ai Falls hike. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. The shop was well stocked with all sorts of rental gear, so I'm sure I'll be back for future adventures. Mahalo!

Mercedes was very helpful. We stayed at Westin and had a promo to go and get a hat with a minimum purchase. Yah! Free hat! She also reminded us of the offer for an umbrella and chairs for our stay in Princeville. Totally great offer that the boss and Westin pulled together. I ended up buying a swimsuit and 3 outfits when I went back too. So a WIN-WIN-WIN. Win for me, win for Westin, win for store owner.

What a wonderful store! My husband and I rented snorkels from Andrea, which comes with a multitude of local info. Best spots, what to see and when. Besides they have some really cute beach clothes. Strongly recommend

Sadly, three of the dresses I bought here appear to be Shein products, which I didn’t realize until I got home and matched the laundry tag online. These dresses have no brand tags themselves, probably cut off as another reviewer noticed. I’m disappointed because the markup was extraordinary. I didn’t expect to get scammed when I’m willing to spend good money on good products to help out a beautiful store. Really disappointed. One dress I bought appears to be legitimate and had a brand tag, and the associates were friendly, hence two stars and not one. Please do better
