It offers a beautiful, private, and perfect vacation suite just steps away from picturesque Hanalei Bay and the beach, with a short, easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Hanalei town. The host is wonderful, amazing, and great, creating a very special spot with incredible attention to detail and ensuring guests have everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious, and unforgettable stay. The accommodation itself is an incomparable island hideaway. The suite is incredibly charming, well-appointed, thoughtfully designed, and spotless, featuring collectable eclectic vintage decor and cozy furnishings. It feels homey and comfortable, providing a perfect, relaxing, and exceptional experience. The property is lush with beautiful plants and water features and includes a great outdoor shower. The location could not be more perfect or more conveniently located, mere steps from an amazing beach and a quarter mile from town. It is a one-of-a-kind, private slice of paradise and a truly unforgettable stay in the heart of Hanalei.
I wish we could give this one star to gate keep it from everyone but it's truly a hidden gem! We loved our stay here! Simon has made the place homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long stay. On top of that, it is steps away from gorgeous Hanalei Bay and a short walk to the town. Cannot recommend it enough!

The Hanalei Surfboard House was such a delight during my stay. Simon is incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon in the “Love Shack” room last October and as our 1-anniversary approaches we still talk about the memorable time we spent on Simon’s patch of paradise in Hanalei town. Don’t hesitate to book!
