Used this shop for very affordable snorkel rentals that we could then take to the local beaches for snorkeling just off shore on our own. Easy.

Because you guys made me pay way to much at first it should have be 150 in the first place that’s to much, I went to other places for a lot cheaper. And then you guys charged me 80 dollars more than it should’ve been so I called and go the money back but still you guys need to watch that

Rented an epoxy longboard here that buckled while turtle rolling. Unfortunately I did not pay the $5 insurance so had to pay $400+ to replace the board. I don’t think the board was as new as they claimed and you have no idea how beat up it already is so I’d definitely recommend the insurance.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I definitely would. Upon entering, I immediately felt uncomfortable as the employees seemed to shadow my every move, even questioning me about merchandise I hadn't touched. Their behavior was blatantly disrespectful, and as a person of color, I could sense the unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, one of the employees negligently damaged my car while assisting another customer, showing no remorse or apology, even after expressing concern about potential charges from the rental company. Their nonchalant attitude, capped off with a rude gesture(middle finger), was simply unacceptable. I'd much rather take my business to the surf rental down the street. Avoid this spot if you can! If you do shop here, avoid the really short brunette with the voice. You'll know who lol

One of the employees was very unprofessional and rude. Seemed like she was already irritated working. She had attitude with my brother and I, definitely needs to improve on customer service. She was a petite brunette.

I had shopped this store a few days prior, bought a sweatshirt and some jewelry. Very nice and helpful lady that checked me out. I went back on Sunday march 17, to try on some black pants. The young man put me in a dressing room, and very loudly said, 2 black pants. Which i found to be a bit obnoxious. The pants did not work out, i hung them back up and looked around some more. I walked outside to look at the sale rack, the young man watched me and then followed me back outside and questioned me about the pants. I told him that i hung them back up. He asked me to come back inside and show him where i hung them. He said that there was a lot of theft. I would think this could be handled a bit different and in a more professional way. The hyper vigilant employee could definitely use some training on how to treat customers.

Great location to rent a surf board! Also was able to pick up a couple of trinkets to take home . Was able to swap out surf board easily and the hours of operation was great. 8-8 everyday.

This is a great local surf and swim shop, with plenty of clothes and swimsuit options, including all the gear. Friendly staff too!
