Currently pissed off and laughing right now. This was my first time going to their store next to Matsumoto’s and I noticed they had cute affordable jewelry. I walked in with a group of friends but most of them left as I continued looking. Was in there for a bit walking around with ONE necklace that I wanted and speaking to one of my friends if i should buy it. As soon as I bought it and walked out, my friend told me she noticed the employees were completely staring down at me as if I was stealing? I get it because I am a retail worker myself but to be staring down the ENTIRE time ? Wasn’t even approached to either if i needed help but was able to approach others in the store? I was also polite at the register but after hearing this, especially STILL being stared down when im outside their store after I paid? I felt humiliated…. Please have polite employees.

I want to say that they did honor my exchange and they did not have to do so. Which I appreciate.Hale’iwa location.However, I went to return a dress and I was ONE day past the return. They allowed me to do the exchange (which I am grateful for) they kept acting like I stole the dress. I had the receipt and I had TWO of the same dress. 1 was purchased for myself and 1 was purchased as a gift. The person who got it as a gift exchanged the dress for a smaller size (which I found out after I left the store. I text to ask her because they were acting so rude and weird about me asking for a return). My husband was standing there and he was like: why are they being so rude?! I was never rude, I was polite. Kept telling them thanks for doing the exchange.The costumer services was honestly not it and they really acting judgmental even with a receipt showing it was purchased there. It was so off putting.

Such a cute store with so many cute things!! They didn't have many large sizes available and definitely no XL sizes. Luckily, I was able to find a couple of pieces that sit me and maybe ended up being one of my favorite dresses!! I think what really put the cherry on top for my rating of 5 stars would be the service. The girls there were really on top of helping the customers by taking the clothes and starting a room while we shopped around. They have a larger store in Waikiki but I loved the smaller feel of this one in north shore!

The store has some very interesting clothing. My wife was very impressed with what they had. I was most impressed that they actually had chairs for us to sit on while we waited for others in our group to try clothing on. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Terrible quality clothing. Within days after the return period lapsed, the item I bought, and wore twice, broke a strap and a hole formed. The second outfit I bought that day, had stitching come loose just 2 weeks later. I’ll never shop here again.

My girlfriend loves to shop here, and I love the fact that they have chairs where I can sit down and lounge around as she tries on 6-10 items! Thank you for looking out for the boyfriends of the world :)

Cute little shop with both clothing and jewelry. The clothing items are on the pricer side but very cute, well made, and versatile. The jewelry is very reasonably priced and not cheaply made. Employees are very welcoming and personable and will gladly place an item on hold if you ask.

So many nice neutral pieces of clothing. I also loved their petite jewelry dipped in gold. The staff is incredibly warm. The music in the store is so relaxing that makes you just enjoy your shopping experience. Prices are not overpriced tourist prices despite being in north shore. Only three dressing rooms so had to wait awhile since there were so many shoppers at the time. Love this place!

If I could give this store a zero I would. First of all this store is next to the famous shave ice Matsumoto, if not for this shave ice place your store would not have any customers. Customer service is the worst, I came in with shave ice in my hand and I wasn't even eating. I was approached without any recognition of hi and hello as straight up saying shave ice is not allowed. Please your store would not have customers if not for Matsumoto's. First of all you are overpriced and the quality of your clothes are not worth the price. In as much as I support small stores, you have to work on your customer service and put a damn sign outside your door saying "no food allowed" or not place your store next to all the food places. Where is your aloha spirit.

Just like other reviews on this place, I came across the lack of customer service or greeting upon entering this store. Sad, especially since their items are pretty overpriced.

I love this store and sadly will probably still shop here at my own risk. I bought a flowy dress here and laundered it according to the care tag instructions. After if hung to dry, it had lost about 6+ inches of length making it unwearable. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do and there wasn't. It's a shame that they are selling clothes with their tags on it that have poor instructions that ruin the clothes.

This store is either racist or discriminatory of some kind. I’ve walked in here thrice, not once helped by the people there. Greeted or thanked. While at the same time I’ve seen white people walk in here be greeted, the ladies would take clothes to the changing rooms to hand it to them, ask them if they liked the stuff etc. And this me being visibly pregnant and trying to find something that fit me. Not once person was willing to even ask if I found things I liked either. What a Shame this being Hawaii.

Walked in and the two young ladies didn't acknowledged me on 4/18/22 around 2:30pm. They passed by me a couple of times and still didn't care enough if I needed assistant. Then a Caucasian couple walked in and was greeted happily and loudly within seconds and walked right out because they probably mistaken the store for something else. Again, both young ladies happily and loudly thanked them for stopping by. I was admiring a dress and wanted to get it, but the vibe I got there was off. Not sure if being Asian played a part. Still didn't acknowledged me as I was making my way out. NOTHING. They did me a solid favor because I rather support small businesses with the right attitude towards ALL their customers. Thank you for saving me 80$ on one piece of garment.
