I waited until the last minute to even look at my W2 after struggling with how to file my taxes or file for an extension. I ended up walking into Liberty Tax on Friday a super lovely lady by the name of Sharon was awesome with me and assured me everything would be ok. Gina the other lovely lady at Liberty finished everything up with me tonight Monday the 18th. If I say this was one of the best tax experiences I have had I would not be exaggerating. I will never attempt to do my taxes myself and I will never go to any one else. Thank you so much Sharon and Gina Liberty Tax ROCKS!!!!! I am feeling beyond grateful ??

Sharon is an excellent tax preparer! Great customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail. Accurate accounting skills and asks to see records and receipts. Highly recommend Sharon as she has good verbal and written skills as well. Most of all her ability to understand tax laws and changes in preparation process is a plus. You won't be disappointed. Sharon is amazing! Good experiences here at Liberty Tax:)

Horrible experience. Rude and defensive. Took weeks to get taxes done and then she overcharged me. I would never recommend them. Save your time and money and either use turbo tax or research for someone with better recommendations. The whole experience took about three weeks, they kept Messing it up, and I couldn't esign but had to go in person a couple of times. She also yelled at me on the phone. Literally, yelled at me!! Who does that? This should have been simple. It was a 1040EZ. No extra deductions. I was hoping for more and didn't get it. You can do better liberty tax.
