Another great shop on the North Shore that sells everything you need for your water outings! Snorkeling gear, backpacks, bathing suits, towels, tie dye everything! Even casual clothing for men and women. Most with Hawaiin prints. Needed a mesh bag for my own gear but they only sell bags with snorkeling gear. Guy working at counter told me to walk further down the street to Sea N Surf, and sure enough, they had it! Located right on main street amongst the many shops and restaurants, worth stopping in.

We had the best dinner and drinks! I wish I could remember the name of the appetizer we got that was so good, it was a seafood medley type dish with bread... SO GOOD. Dinner was great, drinks were awesome, the atmosphere is lovely, and our server was prompt and kind despite being very busy!

One of the many surf shops in Haleiwa located right next to Kua'aina burger restaurant, partly why we popped in. Surprisingly we found a couple things we needed..sunglasses holders and some solar powered hula dancers for the car. Not a lot of parking but there is places across the street or down the road which isn't so bad when there is shops and eateries along the whole stretch. Everyone in masks. Also doors are both wide open which i like because it allows for fresh air flow but maybe a bit hot which wasn't the case for me. They accept cash or card and offer military discount. Maybe Kamaaina too? The couple running the business were cool and friendly. Prices are as expected especially being in Haleiwa and on the main strip where it's a tourist destination. Go grab some grub and then check this place out while your waiting for your order...you never know, you may just find something like we did.

I always stop in and purchase something for my son who grew up surfing on the mainland. Since his blood clot he hasn’t been able to surf at all.... I bought his usual size and when I got home I found out because of not being able to exercise the same, it was going to be too small and it was one of his Christmas gifts. I called the owner, Kevin and explained everything and asked if I could please exchange it although I was in Colorado. Not only was he awesome and accommodated me on the exchange, but when I offered to pay the shipping, he offered to take care of it. It was really above the norm considering how far away I am, and it wasn’t like it was a big fancy purchase- it was a t-shirt! I’m so appreciative and will continue to buy stuff at his shop. Plus his staff is all pretty cool and helpful. Mahalo!???♀️

Awesome north shore surf shop. Have all the surf accessories and apparel you need. Decent collection of boards. Tophat and Chance deliver the Aloha. Even if they don't have exactly what you need, they will point you to the right location.

Do not buy expensive items without giving them a thorough looking at. I made the mistake of taking home $200 sunglasses that had a wobble in the hinge. The no return/refund policy caught me by surprise. I should have known better than to buy from a tourist store but as an island resident I liked the idea of supporting local. They don't need local support, thats what the tourists and their deep pockets are for.

I got a pair of polarized sunglasses here for $25. Awesome style and incredible price. I feel like these guys compared to a lot of the other surf shops have a good variety of prices. Everything is so expensive at some of these places.

Don't shop here. Sandals priced at $30 and after we paid the total was $45. When we asked the store worker she said, “Meh, it's mis-priced and they're $45.†My wife asked the price of other shoes and she said, “I don't know $50-$55..†we're pretty sure this was the owner too. Feels like a bait and switch. She didn't seem to care too much and we just let her have the extra $15.
