Late night and a delimma...My bestie's mom and the family is in town to celebrate the joy we're blessed to have her in our lives, though not physically with us she lives in our hearts every single day.As we start to celebrate that bright smile and joy she brough to us mom asked for help with creating something to celebrate her and off I go to search and scan the internet and came up with a great idea that I've been working on for a few days. Mom loved it though it was still a work in progress for many reasons but the end result is something I'm just so proud of.After spending the afternoon with her and catching up at 8pm she asks where can we print this...hmmm in Kapolei/Ewa the options was limited especially at this time of night and as we searched myself on Yelp we really didn't come up with much and decided to pull in to a nearby Shopping Center to recollect and saw this huge red sign "Walgreens" WALGREENS! I said we can go here.Using the computer to upload and see the options we had we decided on printing as picture 4X6 which is 0.40 each and it was a breeze once done it told us 630am the following day which is fine with us and when we talked to a staff about it we were told it was an automatic timing the computer did considering it was late but he told us that he can do it for us right now. So excited mom was just almost in tears just looking at my creation and left relaxed and ready to celebrate the precious life!Thank you!

Mahalo Walgreens Ewa Beach for your awesome customer service.I was just in the store, 13Aug2023 at 12:00 noon and Angel helped me figure out how to use my Walgreen appShe was patient, knowledgeable and kind.With awesome customer service like Angel provided I'll definitely make Walgreens my go to store.

Plan to spend an hour in there to get a covid shot. Even with an appointment and filling out the consent online ahead of time. Doing this review as i wait to actually get the shot. Already an hour into it.

ZERO - no option for zero stars but they get a ZERODon't waste your time. The photo department is trash, no one is helpful. "All I can say is sorry". Nah just do your jobs right the first time. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Got the confirmation it was ready. Called ahead and they said it was ready. Got there it wasn't. They said "we will get started on it". Come back few hours later, still not ready. Come back two days later. Still not ready. Called and they said "we will get it done". Went back a week later and now they tell me hey don't have material for it. THIS IS ALL AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IT WAS READY. And the workers act like they don't know what's going on.

The pharmacy takes FOREVER. Should hire more if they're short staffed. Im not sure how long they can mix an antibiotics... 2 hrs to wait and 20 mins more to mix it.

I like coming to this location because they seem to have some interesting items on sale. Store was clean and organized. I like to check out their clearance items as well as their makeup and beauty items. Lots of items such as snacks, toys, school supplies and so much more. We tend to buy random items at this location when we are in the area. Plenty of parking in front and around the store. The drive thru pharmacy is towards the back side. They good orange clearance tag items if you catch them early enough.

Your local Walgreens readily available off Fort Weaver Road for all of your convenient store and medical supply/pharmacy needs. They are now doing flu shots, so check to see if you qualify to get your shot for free. In the middle aisle they have seasonal items such as Halloween now and pretty soon Thanksgiving and Christmas items. And if you are picking someone up at the airport or have anything to celebrate and want to buy fresh leis they got your covered. Ensure to signup for rewards card to save money and get coupons.

You need to download the app and always look at the specials. They have done really good deals once in a while. I also like their photo department. You can set up your photos online then just pick it up. They're printed very quickly! Employees are always so friendly and helpful!!

A lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me when I was inquiring if a prescription was covered under my insurance. She snapped at me saying she had already told me or something like that...I can't believe I was treated this way at a store I frequent for items and medication. Transferring all of my meds to CVS now!

Went to ER last night and had some meds and doctor sent prescriptions to this Walgreens for antibiotics and pain. This place has a rep so I go in at 10:30am instead of at opening. Lady tells me two hours. Because of their rep I give them 4 hrs and go in at 2:30pm. Guess what...not ready. Can you wait 15 minutes. All exasperated I tell they guy "I was in ER last night! I need my meds!" He says I'll call you fifteen minutes. Omg this infection is in my body and you get this kind of response. I should have switched to CVS Longs. This doesn't happen there!

This pharmacy's customer service has especially gotten worse compared to the past year since the new staff replaced the old nicer employees. I just had to call and speak to the supervisor about this female employee on the phone who was basically rude trying to brush me off when I was still asking questions. I had some situation involving my medication which I couldn't really understand but the situation was that I continued to get calls for pickups even after canceling the auto refills because there were more than one place/manufacturers the previous employee who at the end helped complete the cancellation needed to process the cancellation through for this med. So this time I needed to do same action to cancel the auto refill (because it was back on auto refill again) so I called. This female employee instantly sounded irritated and asked if I had a question about medication as soon as picking up my call and speaking so fast frustrated. So I explained my situation but had to keep asking her questions (still POLITELY despite her attitudes) because she was trying to brush me off by just saying all I needed is done and there is nothing more to say and she gave no explanations about what she sees on the system or no effort to look into the situation so that I could avoid having the same issue with this med again EVEN IF I REQUESTED POLITELY and I even acknowledged how busy she was. Rather she said "what you're saying doesn't make sense. It's all done. " and tried to hung up. I then asked for a supervisor to speak with. He first was only defending her because they are all stressed and pressured with limited time. I then assured him that I understand their situation but that doesn't mean they can be rude to their customers. He then finally apologized. If they have no time answering questions they can POLITELY ask customers if it's okay to put them on hold instead of trying to brush them off, talk rudely and hung up on them. I have received this kind of rude customer service not only from this female employee but also another male employee, too for a while. I will NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Idk if their pharmacy staff is just overworked but the old timers are always rude. The new ones you can tell they are new because they are kind and helpful as for the others it's like your a waste of their time. I understand the stress in healthcare but you make the best of your day at work and you don't treat people like they are a waste of your time. I have insurance I pay what needs to be paid. I don't expect to be treated like a millionaire it's just sad how the aloha spirit is just gone from this store. Transferring my prescriptions over to Longs..

Management shouldn't be a kid, he or she could be motivated but lack life experience to see life from a broad perspective. Management should have common sense, especially if they represent the company. Avoiding this place....
