It’s been 5 months since I did my trade in. I traded in my iPhone 13Pro for the 15pro for $800 and the credit still hasn’t hit my account due to the old phone still not reaching the warehouse. Good thing I still had the order number. Don’t go to this still store for an upgrade, seems other people have had the same issue.

Don't go to this particular store. They either do not know their job, or lie in order to get a sale. They promised me an $800 trade in on my old phone, so I got one of the newest ones. By the time the transaction was basically over, and the new phone activated, suddenly I couldn't trade the phone in at that location, and I might not even get the trade in value promised. Had to take it to a corporate store for the trade in. And the corporate store told me they could give me nothing for it.

Christian M. Deserves a JOB WELL DONE!!Today I came in with a SECURITY PROBLEM on my phone. He was patient, courteous, and took his time in helping this old KUPUNA fix the problem. In other words...I WAS READY TO ADOPT THIS YOUNG LAD AS MY OWN! HA!VICTRA IS LUCKY TO HAVE HIM. HE IS A GREAT AMBASSADOR REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHRISTIAN!!!

Christian helped us with setting up our new upgraded phones. Christian was very courteous, friendly, professional and fast! He was able to activate and transfer over data to our new phones, and install all the necessary accessories on them and it took him only over an hour to do that! Which I think is pretty awesome for 2 phones! He worked efficiently, helped us in picking the accessories while waiting for the phones to be ready. And on top of that, because the phones were taking quite awhile to finish up, he was able to help another customer (which we didn’t mind at all cuz he was working alone)Overall, we are very happy and pleased with the service we got from Christian. He was informative, professional and just a happy person. He even felt bad we waited and offered us a discount! How awesome! Truly great customer service! Made everything so easy for us! I mean we went in with old phones and walked out with brand new awesome phones with everything the way as it was. We were all set!! How convenient is that?! Thanks to Christian.. You rock!!!

Quick and Easy.New Phone, aided in data transfer and screen protection install. 10a-12p is an ideal time to get there. They have rushes so know when to go.

Jayson greeted me upon entering, and told me that he could check me in whenever I liked. I declined and informed him that I would just like to look at the phones on display. He persisted and followed me, to ask me another two times for my phone number to check in. I provided my phone number, and again informed him that I would like to look at the phones, and not speak with anyone. At this point Jayson repeatedly began asking me to authorize him access to my Verizon account. When I refused, and again stated that all I wanted was to look at the phones on display, he told me that this was the way it is done, and that I had to allow him access. I told him that was ridiculous, and that if that were the case, I was leaving, there is absolutely no situation that should require my account information if I’d like to browse without assistance. Every time I step into an authorized retailer for Verizon, I am reminded how much better it is to shop online from Verizon itself, and the Ewa Beach Verizon - Victra store only serves to reinforce how bad these authorized retailers are at representing Verizon as a business.
