Put a pickup request in after a failed delivery attempt. Went in the next day to pick up my package and they couldn't find it the told me it's out for redelivery and that they can sign for it and leave it at my house. I said sounds great cause I have to work and nobody is home when they deliver. While at work get a ring notification and they leave me a failed delivery notice again instead of doing what they said they would do. Very unprofessional.

My package was delivered to a Dropbox locker but I never got the key, went to the post office, and it was resolved on the same day! Everything went very smooth and quick

My favorite thing is when my mail gets put in the wrong box, which is like a third of the time, then I go in to get help and there are 20 people in line and one poor clerk working.
It's so cool.

I live in Kapolei but consistently come to the Ewa USPS because of the service. I’ve worked with two different guys there and both have been incredibly helpful, considerate, and kind.

Never have I ever had so many problems with packages being delivered until the mail carrier changed. I was home and yet there was a slip saying i wasnt home to receieve the package and i needed to pick it up or get redilivered. I tried for redilivery the next day, nothing. Today it was a different mail carrier again and when asked about the redelivery they said "you have to go there, people don't pay attention to the redeliveries". This isn't the first time this year that I've had problems. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times it happened, but I'm just fed up now and decided to finally voice my opinion.

This is the best in kapolei I prefer to go here. Lots of parking and yeah it's slow cause of the passports but still better parking

They will NOT attempt to deliver your package with signature required instead they will just leave you a notice inside your mailbox. There are like 3 people at home that time, windows open, doors open, and we could easily see and hear whoever comes.Pure laziness and unprofessional.

Postman left a missed delivery notice on the door. I signed it and instructed to leave it in parcel box and instead of doing that left a missed delivery note in mailbox and never came to the house. Terrible service.

Tonight Amazon alerts me my package arrived and was delivered to my front porch. None found, so I checked my mailbox and found someone else's package ( a completely different address. So I walked down the street checking with similar units as mine and I found my package 4 housing units down. I was fortunate to find it and I will deliver the package that was in my mailbox to its rightful owner tomorrow. I have to wonder if the USPS delivery person can read or needs glasses.

Have package that requires signature? Dont expect their mail carriers to actually attempt to deliver your package, they will just leave a notice in your mailbox that says "Sorry we missed you." There are 3 people at home that time, windows open, doors open we could literally see you.Stop being lazy and do your actual job, stop wasting someone's time to go and pick up their package just because you didn't.0 / 10 if I could have other post office to deliver my mail and packages I would but I'm stuck with these incompetent people.
