Wow. I DREAD going to this ups store. I had to go today to drop off and pick up a package. The young lady at the counter was very rude. She was not welcoming . She did not say hello when I walked in and when I asked my package she requested that I give her my ID even though the instructions on the UPS website, said I did not need my ID to pick up the package. She looked for the package with attitude, and then proceeded to throw my package at me. I’ve had many issues with this UPS store and this was the last straw. Remove your employees and get friendlier employees.

Shout out to CJ who was so kind and helpful! Please recognize him for his excellent customer service skills. He helped me mail out several packages and I sincerely appreciated his patience and kindness so late in the afternoon.

I went to drop off my stuff but my box is not seal since i opened it and return it, she charge me for $1.99 to tape the top part of the box...........like ok

What happened to the friendliness and accomadating staff here? Where did they go?Today was a very disappointing experience at UPS in Ewa Beach Store by Safeway. I haven't been there in awhile, customer service overall was not the same. Spoke with Manager...but just to give everyone heads up on what to expect or not to expect.If you bring your Amazon packages here, make sure you have the QR CODE (you can look it up on your phone) and bring your own tape. They will charge you $2 for tape.Not sure if I'll bring my business back here.....so sad.?

Super convenient location,parking, , services & just everything. This is my total go to place when my home printer decides to have a mind of its own. UPS store staff is always fast, helpful & professional. The store hours are very good too.

I have been to this store more then I like to count and It is very rare that you will ever be greeted with a friendly face or ever get good customer service. Not to mention they don’t even allow you to connect to the Internet like the other UPS stores to download your shipping labels . Their staff is unprofessional and sloppy, and they have placed inaccurate labels on my packages. Rather then being Courteous with an error such as this, the representative attacked me asking if I had proof she did this. In fact, I did as where and how it has to be shipped required photos. Needless to say Ewa Beach is stuck with poor franchise owner who cares more about a buck in their pocket then the community that keeps them employed to hire and train staff that provides quality service! Perhaps they own all the ones on island and this is location and NEX are the bad seeds. Worth the drive to Kapolei. This location needs work and UPS HQ needs to be advised.

Parking is abismal. Good luck if you need to carry packages. I would also recommend you select any other option for Amazon returns as this store charges you now to return your packages by making you pay for $2 for tape.

Customer service is not all there. When you stand in line you expect to be fully service not halfway serviced and then say stand on the side let me help these customers and then I'll help you finish what you were doing just because it's shredding and it takes a little while to do so because you have to put things into the little mail slot in order for it to be shredded later I still don't feel that you should be pushed to the side you stood in line just like everybody else so you should be serviced Just like everybody else. completely service just like everybody else so I believe that Angelina needs to be trained a little bit more on her interaction with customers !

I'm retired military and was stationed on Oahu years ago. I always knew I wanted to live here permanently. I retired from the military and needed a safe place to send some belongings we'd need on day one of being back. This UPS store took SO much for us that was beyond the contract! They are hands down the best! They helped us in so many ways that allowed us to have "day one" items delivered and cared for. I brought them pastries to thank them. This store but more importantly it's people are above FIVE STARS!
