“It was pretty AWESOME from the start. They made it so easy no stress involved. Tuli was a real 5 star kind of a guy as well as his customer servicing. He really made us feel comfortableright at the start til we ended our need for having to get us a storage place even if it was for a short time. Really loved the fact that they are willing to help transport your things in one trip as long as you know how tetrisize then you can get a whole lot taken to the storage on their big truck and yes its FREE. YES FREE! So if you need the space and the cost is pretty much low in my book and i should know cause i dont have a whole lot of money, in fact very limited, so i should know. And the rooms or cubicle i should say is nice and clean also security included. That is a 5 star rated storage. Great job you all. Aloha and Mahalo from both myself and my girlfriend. “This is one of the best locations! There is adequate parking, usually enough available carts, climate controlled, carpet throughout, steel walls, etc. Also I haven't noticed any red flags regarding pests. I feel safe when I'm here and am able to sleep well at night feeling like my things are secure. The best thing about this particular location is their customer service and I would specifically like to mention Bran, who is the friendliest, kindest, most helpful person I have met in many years. Her willingness to go above and beyond caught me by surprise, blew me away, and really made my entire day and more. You never know what someone is going through, and experiencing her ability to make me feel valued and like an actual human (not just another customer) spoke volumes and touched my heart. Without a doubt, she is there to do more than her job description because this one really shows up for work more than just physically. I don't know what she gets paid, but it should definitely at least match what she puts out for her customers. It's been way too long since I've encountered someone so helpful and I commend her for everything. Bran, I truly and sincerely appreciate you! Keep it up, you will move mountains! “We had an incredible experience moving from Oahu to the mainland, thanks to the amazing team at M. Dyer Global. My partner and I both agreed that this was the least-stressful move we've ever done. Our process working with M. Dyer was smooth from the beginning - they came over and gave us a quote and were patient and helpful answering all of our questions in person, over the phone, and email. When moving day finally arrived, they had a team of a couple people come in and pack everything up, including fragile glassware and expensive musical instruments! They worked quickly and carefully to pack everything and were done in less than 2 hours!On the mainland, they worked with a company on this side. We were notified when our items had arrived at the port in California and given estimates of when it would arrive (we're on the east coast now). We scheduled our delivery day and the movers that arrived were professional and efficient, despite us being on a third-floor walk-up! All of our belongings made it safe and sound - no broken or missing items.If we were ever so lucky as to move back to Hawaii, I would work with M. Dyer Global again in a heartbeat. I found their rates to be really reasonable also - Rather than us figuring out how to get a container on our own and pay for a bunch of extra space we didn't need, or pack stuff ourselves in some sort of pod, they took care of everything and it was 100% worth it!”

Its gate access which you can download their app to easily open using bluetooth. Property is well kept and clean. Front office is located right at the entrance and usually always has someone available if theyre not out and about the grounds.”
