Every in this store is cheap, you can find banded dresses at low price. You have to be patient to look for items that fits you from shoes, bags, dresses, jackets, slippers, etc. Sometimes there is limited cashier booths where you can pay, there is always waiting time when paying.

One word legendary. I’ve never had such an unbelievable experience at any place I’ve ever been in my entire life truly a five star staff along with a five star selection of wonderful clothes, shoes, watches, cookies, water, and luggage. They have a pretty decent liquor selection as well.

What can I say? It's Ross. They have something for everyone. I always come out of there with more than I plan to buy.

I rarely complain online, but feel I need to in this case. I visited the store January 1st 2024, around 8:00 pm. I would have to say the security guard was very friendly, the cashier was very friendly and helpful, and the young lady that was stocking the shoes, was helpful. The store manager, however, I felt displayed very poor customer service and was rude to me. I brought up some shoes that did not have a tag, however at Ross the price is written in on the bottom of the shoes. They would not honor the price at the bottom of the shoes. The cashier had to call her manager. I waited for a while because the this manager said she had to go try and get it cleared with her Superior. I don't believe she went to go get anything cleared, she just went to go look for more shoes like the ones that I brought to the register, and just wanted me wait for nothing. She had a smirk on her face as she re approached the register. I have shopped at Ross for over 20 years and have frequently come across this case where identical items are not priced the same. And it's always the same scenario, the cashier has to charge whatever price is marked. The one time when it's in my favor, of course the manager says no. The manager was really rude and insinuated that that I could have written the price on the bottom of the shoes. When I called her out on that because I was offended, she said she wasn't directing it to me. I felt she got too loud and her attitude is belligerent. They should have honored the price, and this manager needs to brush up on her customer service. I plan on contacting corporate over this. Apparently all her workers are more customer service savvy than she is.

This was my go to ross to walk around and stumble upon random items to buy. I've noticed in my most recent visits that the employees there whom I have not noticed before, must be new hires at the register are heavily lacking customer service. While shopping I overheard one of them complaining to have to back up on the register because the line was too long. Then proceeding with my checkout, girl up front asks me about my day (because it was most likely in their training to be nice to customers) so I thought that was nice of her and then I asked how her day was back she ignores me and then has conversations with another employee who's last day was today and they just decided to talk story. Those types of people just seem to lack mannerism. I miss the Filipino aunties who used to work there.
