I really liked the end result of my pedi. But I've been here 3 times and felt pain to my nails 4 times. 3 cuticle cuts in one day. And the last time, my goodness, the woman was really diggin'? as if I was a piece of wood she was filing on. She too was doing the cuticle. Nails came out lovely but Please don't hurt me or make me bleed!!

The last two times I came they have done a great job. They were very thorough even though they were really busy they didn't rush the job. It was so relaxing. This time a man did it and he was even better then the women. This is my go to for pedicures.

While my nails look beautiful, I was extremely disappointed in their manners/customer service. I had an appointment at 9am (when they opened). I came on time and barely had anyone acknowledge me. I wasn't told to please wait or warned that they would be busy. There were about 6 people just pacing and setting up. If I was warned, I would completely understand. But to come in at opening and on time and no one is working and just ignoring that you are there is highly rude.

WORST PLACE EVER! Lady was very disrespectful and aggressive with her upselling. We kept refusing and she told us then why didn’t we go to the place that did our nails before today. We stopped our service and asked her to remove the non gel nail polish and she was already painting them the way we asked her not to. We will NEVER go back there again!

So went here the other day and just wanted a simple gel polish changed. I wasn't happy with the lady who did it. First she said to me "oh I like the other color you choose first". After I chose I different one. Then when I told her that one of my nails felt like it was braking she was all like " no it's not".then I told her to file and cut down and boy did she make my nails so damn short! Never coming here again. Worst ever salon! They take your money and that's all they're good for.

Hi, I wanna first off and say I've never made a review on anyone before but I feel I have to warn others. my mom and I scheduled a mani and pedi on August 1 of 2020 we were the first appointment there, so we first walked in and got greeted by the guy working and they only required me to fill out the covid-19 waiver, and only took MY temperature and not my moms, (what if my mom had covid?) they would have not known, also when others walked in their temperature wasn't being checked at all. VERY UNSAFE. They gave us nail color palettes to choose our color, and they didn't clean them after we touched them. So as our pedicure is coming along, they kept pressing to get a better package so I caved in and requested the "star pedicure" which included hot rocks and a leg scrub. They were very rough with the cuticle tools both on my mom and I, it was very painful when they were "cleaning" our feet. As they moved to the leg scrub, they were violently scrubbing our legs off which felt like they were also taking off a layer of skin. They were massaging our calves very intensely and was painful, we didn't complain or say anything which we should have but they were nice. As they were "massaging" our legs both ladies were grabbing our feet/toes and pushing them into their open cleavage, which our toes felt super uncomfortable for our feet to go through that. As they were pounding on our legs like bongo drums I was sitting there with my mask on cringing inside as it hurts so bad, she was pounding on my shin bone. Oh great here comes the "Hot Rocks" she was gliding them on my leg very roughly and it was like 'BAM!, BAM!, BAM!' Going up my lower leg, the top of my foot and parts of my legs were beet red, she did ask if I was doing OK, and I lied and said yes, while cringing in pain, they for sure didn't know how to use hot rocks for massage, my moms lady kept dropping the rocks in the water, and she said "oops, they are very slippery" cause she was wearing gloves. I've never experienced such pain from a nail salon, was just trying to have a nice relaxing day with mom, but turned out to be painful. As they are painting our toes, they were both messing up a lot as my lady was correcting her mistakes with nail polish remover. I think they were painting our skin more than our toe nails. Also my moms lady didn't even take off the polish on my moms skin, she had to ask the lady to remove the polish on the skin! So as this my legs are numb and in pain, we switch to the counter top tables to do our gel nails. Our ladies were once again very rough with the cuticle tools and clippers, she made my nails uneven as hell. I'm beginning to think they went to the same school. She wasn't even going to do 3 coats of the color I wanted, I had to ask. It seemed like they were rushing the entire time to get us out. Also as we sat at the nail counter for our manicure, the family that came in sat in our seats that weren't cleaned at all or wiped down, how scary in this time of covid-19. Usually I tip 5$ per service so they would've got 10$ but I'm in pain so 5$ each. My mom and I will never be returning again ever in our lives. Do not go here unless you want bloody cuticles for your fingers and a stinging pain. Good riddance!

Under new management so i went to check it out, i had a great time. I went during a week day so i got in quickly, i let the gentleman pick my color and i love it. Great service, very friendly, great prices too. Ill be going back for sure, thank you!
