“While waiting for a flight, Sanai at Maui Divers in the airport assisted my husband and I. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had a bubbly personality that we loved. Sanai showed my husband and I several pieces of the Heritage Collection, carefully measured my husband’s finger for sizing, and obtained a quote for a custom piece to be made. We had to leave quickly (to catch our plane), and reached out to Sanai after we got home. She helped us complete the transaction, and has been in frequent communication with us while the ring is being made. We are very happy with the purchase and eager to get the ring!”
“I loved this place. We went in to browse for my wife, a dress. I loved the lady who helped me, possibly the owner. She could be the owner, great sales support and insights to the products. We left with 2 dresses, a little girl dress that I love for my granddaughter, a purse, some local jewelry.... And despite it being a boutique for ladies I was really taken care of and enjoyed the experience and all we picked up. The purse rocked. That was my idea. “Purchased an item online from Maine and was able to communicate via phone and email to pick it up in person. I had two pleasant women assist me with picking it up and making sure it was satisfactory. Needed to return a week later for a larger chain but was unable to find one of the same make/style and that’s ok but the effort to help was very appreciated. Staff (Mikayla and a name I can’t remember) were thoughtful and of great help. Would return any day.”
“The owners are so nice. They always know how to take care. They can custom make something for you or at least try to get you what your looking for and that's what matters. Most places won't even try to help you. They are right next to Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. If you go there before or after lunch it is easy to find parking.”

“Service was very polite and patient. They had beautiful suggestions for jewelry settings. Although, drilling of the pearl is not required for keepsake, they were knowledgable of what could happen to the pearl if we decided to drill the pearl after fully drying. I would recommend this experience for anyone visiting Pearl Harbor.”

“Fantastic store that has a myriad of products to choose from, ranging from locally made home goods, stickers, and crocheted plushies to jewelry and clothing. Spacious, organized interior with a laid back and modern aesthetic. Friendly service, and a great selection of clothing items for reasonable prices--was able to purchase a silk, hunter green colored dress that was on sale, and couldn't be happier! If this store matches your vibe, would recommend joining their loyalty/rewards program. Will definitely be back to check out some new selections.”
“Bought a pinky signet ring from uncle. He said free resizing for life. So I asked him how do you make money. He said he takes care of customers. In this day and age; it is important to treat your customers fairly. Uncle is still working hard, loves his job and is apparent he loves his customers. If you are in the market for jewelry, I cannot recommend this shop enough. They will take care of you, answer any questions and make sure you love your product!”

She went above and beyond, even letting my little one play with stickers and her calculator to keep her occupied while we shopped.
