“I heard that this is the busiest Home Depot in the US. I wonder if it will keep that distinction with the opening of their new store in Māpunapuna. This store (1701 is their store number, I believe) is always well-stocked and clean. It can sometimes be difficult to get assistance, even though the store is well-staffed and associates can be found in the aisles... the problem is that when you approach them with a question, 2/3 of the time they're from another department and don't have the answer I need. However, when the right associate is located, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and quite friendly.”

“This location is at the corner of Nimitz Highway and Pacific Street. I find this home improvement center to be convenient and much easier to navigate than the two big box stores nearby. I needed to get a toilet plunger. Went directly to the plumbing section, and there they were. Made my selection and went to the checkout. Pleasant greeting and fast service. Enjoy”

“On 11/24/2023, I saw a Christmas inflatable that I really wanted to buy. I asked salesman Mike if he could see if one was available for purchase. He checked all the aisle but the inflatable on display was the last one. Seeing how much I wanted the inflatable he went to check with his supervisor if I could purchase the Santa on a sailboat inflatable that was on display. I not only got to purchase the inflatable that I wanted, he gave me $20 off because it was the display. Thank you Mike for the AWESOME customer service...I appreciate you!!!”

“Shop local, and support local when you can! Whenever I need to do something around the house, and need some sort of hardware supplies, I normally like to give my business to a local company, as we should help local businesses stay afloat, as they provide jobs & support within the local community. City Mill is my hardware store of choice! Now don't get me wrong..........I do shop at Home Depot & Lowes at times when I am looking for something that City Mill doesn't carry, or if I am on da cheap where I wanna save a few bucks! Lol! I was working in Ewa Beach this past week, and I remembered I needed to buy something, as I was fixing something on our garage. Luckily, City Mill was in the same shopping complex on where I was working, so I decided to pop on in to check it out! Located at the Laulani Village Shopping Center, you'll find City Mill towards the opposite end of the mall (from Safeway) as the store is just next door from Petco. Like any hardware store, you'll probably find whatever you need here for home improvement, and I even saw that they carried some pet supply items, too! Got what I came here for, and I even noticed their prices for the item I was looking for was even cheaper (lower) than Home Depot, or Walmart! Shop local, and support local whenever you can my friends!”
