“I was able to get everything I needed to safely install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge a Nissan Leaf. They had a good selection of components including an industrial quality NEMA 14-50 outlet for about $22. The guy who helped me was friendly, and didn't show me any condescension even though I was obviously not a licensed electrician, and didn't know all the precise terminology for what I was looking for. He even gave me some PVC conduit for free because it had been sitting out in the sun and he wasn't totally sure it was in perfect condition anymore. A professional looking, typed out invoice was provided by a nice lady in an air conditioned office. I would definitely go back here for my next project.”

If you are a T-Mobile customer, check your T-Mobile Tuesday app every Tuesday and see what kinds of deals (smoothies, Crazy Bread, Whoppers, etc.) and free schwag (backpack, socks, umbrella, etc.) you can get! Today, 5-9-23, we can get a black fabric cap with a red, white, and blue T-Mobile Tuesday decal! The cap will be useful because it's really sunny in Hawaii! The fabric is breathable and washable! I'm looking forward to making good use of it! This location of T-Mobile is at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I appreciate the shared covered parking lot. It's convenient to have Times Supermarket, Longs, Honu Bakery, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks nearby! Located between Jeans Warehouse and Baskin-Robbins, the cool shop is efficient, clean, and organized. There was a friendly worker outside - on the shaded sidewalk. She greeted customers and helped them retrieve their caps! She also offered us free watches and tablets for signing up for different promotions. Overall, this is a great place for your communication needs!”

“been to this location 3x since I have moved to the island, once to Schofield and once to Kapolei. This is the best one. two workers Travis and Tiffany were so funny and helpful. There were there everytime i was at pearl ridge. I felt like a valued customer unlike the other 2 locations. I will keep coming back here. The store has plenty of pokemon cards and a lot of star wars merch. It's also next to a bath and body so great for the wife.”
“We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”

“Over the years, my husband and son have purchased cellphones, TVs, computers, refrigerators, washers & dryers, etc, from Best Buy's Alakawa location and have always raved about the excellent customer service. However, I myself never visited the physical store until recently, when it was time to replace my ancient iPhone. As soon as I entered the store, I felt an overall welcoming, friendly vibe from the staff. A big shout out to employee Ty, who helped me with my phone purchase, transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone, and updated my carrier agreement to save me $$$$$ each month! I really appreciated the way he answered all of my questions knowledgeably and professionally, without any intimidating tech jargon and without any hard-sell pressure. Thank you, Ty!”

Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“For four days I labored on the phone with tmobile tech support and Sunny and Melvyn at the Pearl City Tmobile store. Tech support did everything possible to restore my internet connection to my Hisense tv. The effort and patience put forth by both Sunny and Melvyn was off the chart. Patient, courteous and truly focused on fixing my issue. Very impressive! In the end I junked the TV and got a Samsung. I'm thoroughly convinced that you cannot do any better than using Tmobile Pearl City as your cell phone provider. Thanks very much!”

“This Game Stop is at the Kam Shopping Center by Longs Drugs. It's the same size as most of the Game Stops and have the same merchandise. I saw lots of Pop figurines. They also had clothing, stuffed animals, headphones, controllers and games. They had one associate working the store. He was friendly. He asked if we needed any help. We told him that we were just looking. He left us alone to browse the store.”

“I work for a solar contractor on the Big Island and we use CED to supply some of our materials, namely solar panels. Ben, the Hawaii manager at CED, has always been extremely responsive to our requests for quotes and keen to offer competitive pricing. They also cover shipping on larger orders which we are greatly appreciative of. During the time the Feds imposed a tariff on solar panels and increased prices, our solar panel manufacturers raised their prices but Ben agreed to split some of that extra cost with us since we had already placed the other. The equipment arrives on time to us and without issue. Good company to work with.”

“I had a problem getting results on the phone when my phone mysteriously died. I had no way to file my claim online (no phone!), so I spent two hours on the landline talking to call-center people, getting a lot of scripted sympathy, but no results. Finally, I decided to go into the store and was immediately greeted by Ka'imi, a very friendly and knowledgeable young woman who filed my online claim from her phone. She said I should get results within a day, but to come back the following day just in case. She said if the claim didn't work for some reason, she would go to another step. I did end up having to buy a burner phone because I needed to have a phone, so I was able to check the status, and the claim was approved very quickly. I went in the next day to thank Ka'imi, and she remembered me. She said, "I was just asking about you!" It did take 12 days to get a replacement, and to my delight, they sent me a free upgrade! Apparently, my model was back-ordered, so they sent me the newer model. I recommend going to the Ewa store, and if you're lucky, Ka'imi will be there to assist you.”
