The facility was easy to find and had lots of available parking spaces. When I walked inside, it was very clean. The phlebotomist took me in immediately and was really friendly and professional. She drew my blood quickly and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend these folks! :)

Went in yesterday noon and the wait wasn't as long. I figure I'd get my blood work done while I wait for my child to be seen at the Urgent Care. A female tech who assisted me (I forgot her name). She was very nice and friendly. Anyway, after she drew my blood she put the gauze over and removed the needle and told me to put pressure for 5-10 mins. Then puts on the paper tape (good thing it wasn't a bandage, I'm sensitive to adhesive)Waiting at my daughter's appt my blood draw site was itchy. I figured it was just the tape or it was irritated from being poked. Didn't bother to look until I got to Safeway's parking. I removed the tape and gauze and notice a red line. I looked closely and thought how I got it. I saw a light scratch from where she drew blood from. I was gonna rate at 4 but, leaving it at 5. I just hope that, this wont happen to an older person or someone else.

Went in for a blood test. Very fast, clean and efficient. Plenty of parking and nice/knowledgeable employees.

Every quarter I have the liberty of taking my blood test at this location. The ladies here are mostly nice and very quick and efficient. Just letting the general public know that this location does not offer pre-employment drug test. The nearest location will be Kapolei diagnostic laboratory next to Safeway in Kapolei

This goes to Eleili(spelling maybe wrong) she was very patient with me in getting my lab results. Although wearing a mask I can just see her beautiful smile as she assisted me with getting my results . HR please acknowledge this kind wonderful young lady

The lab is located inside the urgent care facility. There is a good amount of parking and while I've only been here once it was fast and the phlebotomist was nice.If it was busy there was also lots of space to wait around.

Super convenient location and the first time I went for a blood draw I was so impressed with the fast service and almost painless draw. However, the last two times I've visit for a shishi test, the wait has taken its toll on my bladder and the clinicians were not the least bit friendly. They do get results to your PCP quickly, so that is a plus for sure.

There's a new lab in "town!" This one is located in Ewa Beach at the new Empower Health clinic run my QMC. It's perfect for the growing west side of Oahu! Clean, convenient and quite possibly one of the best kept secrets for now. There is another DLS at Kapolei which is always busy and now with COVID restrictions, patrons are lining up outside (standing line only). At least with this location, there is a big waiting room. Hours are M-F 6am - 4pm / Saturday 6am - noon. Closed Sunday.

I hadn’t known they opened up on June 29, 2020. Fortunately, it’s only a couple blocks from my house and with this new location, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly to boot!
