I didn't get the cashiers name & I usually do, especially because she was super kind. But it was late and I wasn't really paying attention. MY BAD GUYS!As for the store... OH MY GOD they're pretty big. Compared to the longs I go to. lol! But they were well stocked and had what I needed. SO 4 STARS FROM ME! I didn't give a 5 because they're located in Ewa Beach which is SUPER FAR AWAY FROM ME. Heh heh! Nothing against Ewa beach, just saying I wish they were near me as well. HeheheI went in around 11pm. They close at 12am. In case some don't know what 12am is, that's MIDNIGHT.So that's a great thing for this location because ALL the other stores are closed much earlier. They have their Christmas items displayed on the floors for this months sales. It was CERY TEMPTING & I know I'll regret it later for not looking around. But, I think I'm good with what I got for now.Looks like the have a lot of great gifts too! You folks should take a look. Well that's all for now. Have a good one and mahalo for readying. I visited today between the hours of 8 & 9 PM. I would like to apologize for cutting in line. I did not mean too. My only excuse is that I thought the young, African -American woman in front of me was still waiting for the cashier to get her batteries. I had moved in front with my cart of Pepsi and cookies. I thought the cashier Chantelle had waved me forward but I must have been mistaken. Chantelle was lovely, and quick in scanning my meagre amount of groceries. Luckily I managed to snag the last three cases of Pepsi, because they had a sale on them. 3 for $16. Great deal! ~ Rev. Kevin Baris

Honestly, nothing really stood out to me at this location. I am used to going to my usual location near home where the staff knows me and will talk story with me. I was in the area and needed some things. The store was clean and I was able to get what I needed and be in and out. The cashier was friendly enough and went over and beyond to help the auntie in front of me. I appreciated watching this. I was in and after my turn. If in the area and you need a couple odds and ends, stop here.

The associate that assisted me during checkout was awesome. He asked if I wanted to use my coupons which impressed me bcuz normally I’m doing the asking. Unfortunately I opted for no receipt so I didn’t get the young gentleman’s name.

When you offer the extracare coupons and extra bucks rewards, need to make sure extracare members are able to use them. My cashier was not able to process my coupons and I ended up paying more, a lot more than I was supposed to. My cashier was very professional and tried hard to help me and I need to apologize to the rest of the customers behind me as I held up the line.

I absolutely love this Longs! The workers are always nice and helpful, as well as their pharmacy personnel. Usually fully stocked with sales flyer items. They have water refilling stations as well as machine to clean your water bottles. I also take advantage of their rewards program. Last time I got a $10 coupon. They also carry staple grocery items like garlic, potatoes, carrots, avocados, milk, ice cream, frozen food, bread, a decent frozen selection of plant based items and local favs like Zippy's chili. Overall a great drug store with a little bit of everything. Lots of parking and located on or near bus line. Foodland, Jamba Juice, L&L, Hong Kong Chinese, Genki Sushi and Ramen Ya all located next door.

Store is fine! Pharmacy department seem to not be on the same page with policies. Really looks like they don't know what they're doing. My boyfriend had a 10AM appointment for a vaccination, after waiting for 20 min she calls the next lady to get her shot but the lady says she came here 10 min. after us and that he should go first. Pharmacist looks at us and says "you guys need to check in at the desk".....when cvs will let you check in via the link on your phone. So the fact that we didn't check in via front desk is no excuse lol. Check in girl tells us we'll have to wait another 15 min or so because she has prior appointments, and then catches an attitude when I tell her we checked in via text link. So you mean you guys are taking appointments that show up late prior to the people that show up on time? It's convenient to go here but it's at a price, subpar quality of service. Ended up waiting a total of 40 min or so.

Came in for some sale items. This use to be the Longs that I would visit often but after moving it changed. The employees here are friendly and helpful. I needed something and asked an employee for assistance. She was kind and directed me to the area. They were fully stocked and had a great sale going on. Longs is a great place to shop for your basic needs as well as the weekly sales on a variety of items.

Grew up with Longs and will always support Longs no matter how many drug store will Open in Hawaii. They always have the most friendliest employees for most of their stores but always have great deals and just a great hangout shopping place as well.
