IF YOU HAVE A 9 MONTH OLD & NEED TO GET THEIR BLOOD DRAWN FROM THE ARM. ASK FOR JOAN! She is amazing ! I had to go to four different clinical labs , the first two locations didn't even try they just said they weren't experienced with babies so we just left , went to the one in Kapolei & she tried but she wasn't the nicest, no bedside manner whatsoever, didn't even try to comfort my son. He was literally freaking out & she was just tapping his arm looking for a vein asking me to reposition him , then she finally said it's better if she doesn't try & poke him and sent us to the clinical labs in Queens West. Finally got to Queens West & Joan was there we got to the room & my son was not even crying while she was looking for a vein on both arms even while tying the tourniquet (blue strappy thing while they look for a vein) it was definitely a struggle because his arms are so tiny and his veins were pretty hard. He started crying towards the end but she was still amazing, she made him smile & was super nice ! If you have a baby and they need blood draw JOAN is the lady to go to. I trust her & will a million times . Thank you so much Joan! Give this lady a raise!

Been coming here for 17 years . They're very proficient in blood draw and get it right the 1st time always. Cannot say that for other labs.

This experience was as fantastic as the experience of drawing blood can be. I had a great time. Because I was not the one having my blood drawn. My girlfriend, however, did not have a great time because not only did she have her blood drawn but also has an illogical fear of needles. Illogical because the woman has a giant neck tattoo, but perhaps that is just evidence of her extraordinary courage. BUT, it was super fast and they didn't have to stab her a billion times and they were nice and complimented her veins. Yay.

This lab is very conveniently located for those of us on the west side. It's next to the Queen's West Hospital. There is plenty of free parking and even nice outdoor waiting area. I did not have an appointment and I was in and out in 5-minutes for bloodwork! Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.

This place is out of the way. If you're a townie you're better off hitting one of the closer hospitals to get your blood checked. But if your a Westsider this place is conveniently located in the Saint Francis West location. It's clean, there's a ton of parking and the staff is very friendly. What more could you ask for? Need your blood pressure checked? Easily done here.
