if you witness illegal smoking call 911 or take pictures and report to tobacco enforcement unit. I was forced to be exposed to the smoke from the illegal activities because they had my property. I am considering a lawsuit.

Not only is the rate reasonable the lady that answered the phone was awesome and helpful
Get towed in California and you will never complain about any company ever again

I just called. I was parked in my neighborhood and was off island for vacation. My car was towed. I was told the car has to move every 24 hours despite my HOA never indicating that anywhere in our documentation.
I called Saturday, they don’t work weekends but still charge you every day and won’t release the vehicle. I called twice this morning, my husband called once, once from home phone and my property manager called as well. The call prompt says to hit #1 for pearl city/Kapolei and when I clicked that button it didn’t even ring and said “the mailbox was full”, I work 2pm to 2am so that left me unable to get the vehicle because after 12pm they charge you for a full day. The girl working was atrocious. She called me a liar and said she was working and no one called 6 times, I told her I could prove the attempts to call and she said “we don’t have a voicemail”. I told her I didn’t feel like she was being kind or respectful and requested a manager and she said “yeah I don’t have to” and “it’s not my fault you didn’t move your car”.
No one should talk to anyone the way she was. Regardless, there’s extenuating circumstances but this person clearly hates people and hates her job and is a scammer who turns the phones off in the morning to make more money. The girl is clearly a POS.
Can’t wait to file with better business bureau! P.S. here’s the proof I called multiple times before you tell me I’m a liar ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this towing company. From start to finish, they were nothing but deceptive and unprofessional.
This towing company is a nightmare. They caused serious damage to my car and are refusing to take responsibility. Despite my numerous attempts to get them to admit fault, they continue to play games and dodge accountability. Their customer service is a joke—unhelpful and dismissive. They’ve handled this entire situation poorly and unprofessionally.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company. You’ll only end up with a damaged vehicle and a massive headache
It’s clear they’re playing games and trying to rip people off. Save yourself the headache and avoid this towing company at all costs!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish there is no Star but I one Star is the only option. Those people are shady and should not be in business. They will manipulate you and they will lie and to do anything to prove you are not right. they caused damages to my vehicle and when I try to hold them accountable, they kept playing games. After talking to the HPD my best route is to take them to small claim courts. Please avoid dealing with these people at all possible.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Heed warning to the news articles, law suits, & customer reviews; avoid dealing with these people if at all possible. TLDR, I was instructed to file a stolen vehicle report by HPD because there was no record of my vehicle being towed. The next day HPD calls & says it’s with all island towing. I came down to Pearl city so grateful to know my car was towed instead of stolen only for them to berate us about the stolen vehicle report? Maybe? If? You? Reported? The? Tow? Then none of this would be happening? BE KIND & STAY IN SCHOOL YALL because common sense is a rare commodity & not even $9000 tows can fix what’s on the inside 🥲.

Faka's is thieves that practice shady tow practice using HPD as a loop hole to steal your car. Can't wait until you guys go down for all the cars you clowns steal and sell at the police auctions both you guys corrupt . Update 7/6/2024 The State knows it too because they trying to cut ties now I just hear on the news 😂🤣🤡's

Very bad customer service. Impounded my car and went to retrieve it, they make excuses, then make me pay additional and not even my fault. They are crooks and very bad service. If there is 0 rating, thats what this company deserves. All they care about is money. If not a contractor with the city government, they are a total piece of junk.

My Car got impounded. With all my BF work tools and work boots.
They let me get it out no problem for under $300. Car was at impound for a few days.
They only charge 25$ a day
Boyfriend and I were sure we had lost our car for good.
God is great.
Boots alone cost over $400. bought less than a week before car got
Impound .

BEWARE!!! This company is fraud and taking advantage of the university students thinking they can tow as soon as the meter expires. WRONG!! they need to give at least 30 min before taking your car. If that happens get your $$ back, I did!!
