This company inspection of a high end property that I've personally reviewed after the fact where I found 40+ pages of rhetoric that reminded me of freshman English where you take three paragraphs and make a 500 word document! The findings of this inspector clearly demonstrates that some inspectors have very little knowledge of the basic functions of construction, plumbing, electrical and structural. This inspection report was full of misleading comments based on his inaccurate evaluations. His report was so flawed that the realtor found most of his mistakes and called me to see if this report was accurate. This company's slogan " Checked once, checked right" is so misleading. In all my 40+ years of construction, I've never see such attempt to scare the owners rather than encourage them to corrections based on accurate diagnosis of the facts. This is a case where the qualifications of home inspectors should be based on their actual experience in the filed of residential construction. I would never recommend this company without knowing the background of the inspector, Beware!!

Mr. Tadeo did a great job inspecting the property and answered all my questions completely. If he did not have an answer the he would point me in the right direction to get the information. The best thing was when he checked the temperature of the Hot water! That was a surprise and thoughtful since he had no control over the temperature! Very nice! I definitely recommend his help! Recarte responded quickly and quoted us a great price for our home inspection. He was able to accommodate the day we wanted him to come. He arrived at the home bright and early. Right off the bat he was thorough and got straight to the point! He checked literally everything and gave us good suggestions as to how things can be easily fixed if we were to move forward. He even touched on the things that you would never notice! There was one thing he wasn’t able to collect after his inspection which was the hot water (because it was a timer) but he did go back to the property later that day and rechecked it. He finished his report that same day which was impressive! Thorough, fast, and knowledgeable! He made us feel very reassured. Ricarte came out for a home inspection within 1 day notice and on a Sunday morning. His competition was at least a week out. He did a very diligent and detailed walk through with a very easy to read inspection report with accurate photos. Then he called me in the afternoon to review the key items. We were able to go back to the seller and get the appropriate credit back to address the items he brought up. Well deserved 5 star review.
