My hairdresser, Abby at Boston Hair Salon in Lihui recommended them and they did not disappoint. Very nice, very clean, thorough and didn't miss anything. Very professional. Neat little shopping strip tucked back off the main drag.

Just got pedicure and paid for higher service. $40.00. The first time I went there they massaged for full 8 minutes. She didn’t even massage n charged me extra. She was extremely rude and said it was with the scrub. I got jipped.

Was looking for a walk-in pedicure appointment on a Sunday morning. Got set up in a chair right away and only had a 15min wait. Great service.

Only reason this is two stars is because of my pedicure, that lady was nice. But the lady who did my finger nails was very rude! She rushed the whole process. Only had my nails under the UV light for a few seconds at a time, which seemed weird to me. Then after, I told her one nail felt sticky and not fully cured (this nail on my ring finger was a different color than the rest so it was done last) and she acted like it was my fault and I was inconveniencing her. Then she shoved my hand under saying “it needs to be all the way in or it won’t cure properly”, which that finger was all the way under the light, I’m not stupid. . . . They look good, but now, 1 day later, the clear coat is chipping off of my thumb nails I feel like I wasted money, and I will never go back here. I knew it seemed like she was rushing every time my hands were under the light. Because it was only under there for a few seconds at a time, she never let them fully cure and then blamed me for it. Now I have to pay more money to go get these nails fixed somewhere else. Oh yeah and I had to use my own file to get some of the excess gel off that settled under my nail because she didn’t check, nor seem to care.

I have tried to give this place multiple chances. However the lady who I think is the owner is openly rude and has been on multiple occasions. Also, extremely over priced, especially for what you get.

It's a been a year since I moved to kauai and it's been difficult to find a good nail salon until now! A lot of places here have bad reviews so it's hard to find a good nail place here. I called early in the morning and luckily they had an opening today for me for a mani and pedi. The salon is very spacious and very relaxing. They were doing appointments only so I'm happy I got an appt in. The man who did my mani and pedi took his time and took care of my nails. He did a good job and the other staff was very friendly. For a spa pedicure it was $34 which is a very decent price especially since a lot of nail salons now charge so much. I will definitely come back again!

Good place whether you are local or visiting. They take very good care of you. I've heard of this place a while ago but I live 30 minutes away and never did go towards eleele. However last week I went for a sunset dinner cruise on Blue Dolphin Charters and found this place along w Kauai Chocolate. Anywho, very serene atmosphere and thty had an available spot for me when I called in same day. If you're visiting our island though, i recommend to call ahead so not to waste your precious time here on Kauai.

If I could give them a 0 I would and let me tell you why! I have really bad dry skin and sometimes after not keeping up with my pedicures I get it bad on my feet I just paid 98.00 for the On Top pedicure (that is supposed to removed dead skin and smooth out my feet) and the guy not only made me feel bad about my feet but barely touched my heels! I will NEVER go back or recommend them and believe me usually when I find a good place I stick to it and I go every two weeks religiously! Im new to the island so im hoping to find my spot soon and I know everything I’ve asked for can be done because I’ve been getting pedicures for 35 plus years!Service: Pedicure

Previously said: Best we've found. No issues. But, on last visit waited 25 minutes. No call to let us know p. Said they can't help it. Not acceptable. Not likely I'll be coming back again.
