I am taking this opportunity in hopes that ACE corporate management will get their heads out of their...and actually stop blaming their employees (stupid surveys) who all are nice and helpful, but have nothing to do with poor management. You don't have a great website, you don't have a great store facility, you don't have adequate inventory, let alone selection, prices about the same as elsewhere...you're the closest hardware store (every other store is 15 miles away)...not one thing stands out with ACE! If I'm reduced to ordering everything online, trust me, ACE is not the first site I'm visiting. My advice: start by firing some VP's.

Small neighborhood hardware store tucked back behind big save. They have most things you'll need for projects. Friendly staff. Propane.

Very satisfied customer me and husband love Ace it always has what we need. Go check out Aunty O at Eleele Ace Hardware hardware she is the best she is such a hard worker and always on it with helping when in need. Mahalo ?

Clean, well organized store and saves you a trip into Lihue if you live on the west side. Unfortunately it doesn't have non-kill options for mice traps. But the other day when repairing a screen door at a friend's house I made 3 trips. As I had asked if they had everything- and they didn't have anything. Is it the best price? Who knows? But it's hella convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly

It's a nice little store. But very expensive.
