I received beyond exceptional service from Sherry at the store. She went way above the call of duty to help me fix two items that thanks to her, completely worked. May there be many more people like Sherry. I highly recommend the store.

Great service. Employees are very knowledgeable. Great selection and carry pretty much anything you need. Lots of Japanese items!
