Went to get a permanent, she forgot and had me down for a cut... ok, told me it was a spiral perm, not...after an hour? How do you do a proper permanent in an hour? Ok, we had good talk story and she told me my permanent would b better in a day or so??? Did not happen. I rang her on 3 occasions, never answered her phone. Rang me back once leaving a message saying she never had an issue with her perms before? Humm? So... I've no curl in my hair and she don't care? No aloha in this, the $100 paid included a big tip, not happy.
