Never done a "destination" coffee tour but got a nonchalant one from the family and they were awesome. Nice folks, love their Cafe (aka Menehune), authentic, wonderful folks. Hope to see them again someday

Makapueo is one of the two Kona estates that I order the green beans from that is pretty much the only coffee I drink. Excellent quality and value.

My wife and I ran across a tiny shop in Kailua-Kona giving away samples of brewed coffee. I honestly had my doubts about the quality of the coffee. I couldn't have been more wrong. We loved the French Roast. I prefer bold coffee and this was great. No bitterness and fantastic flavor. Obviously I'd prefer to buy it in Kona but unfortunately that's not going to happen any time soon so it is nice to get it via mail. Their service is great!

I was vacationing in Hawaii (oh man that sounds pretentious).... ok lets just go with it. And I came upon this stand at the farmers market. They had the coffee in thermal canisters and powdered creamer. So I am thinking "Oh man how is this going to taste?" Well, it was only the best FREAKING coffee EVER!! I mean imagine if it had milk or real creamer in it? It could only go up from there. I usually buy a Macadamia nut flavor bag for the parents and the BF's parents for Christmas as well. Can't go wrong with feeding the addiction.

I love this place. My husband never drank coffee till he tried Makapueo Farms while visiting Hawaii. Since then I have purchased many times to feed his coffee habit. These folks are GREAT !!! Love the product and love how responsive they are to orders. Having ordered so many times they caught a difference in an order and asked me about it.
