Ignore previous reviews, tried to visit this place today and only saw a sign that says tours no longer given. I think it might be under new ownership? But don't bother trying to go there.

My wife and I had a chance to visit while on the inter island cruise. We are coffee lovers and felt that it would be a great opportunity if we could visit an organic coffee farm in arguably one of the best coffee regions in the world.Robert and Dawn treated us like family. After a cup (or two) on the patio we were privileged to get an educational tour of their plantation. They are two very hard working people and couldn't be more gracious with their time.We feel privileged to have met them and enjoy the fruits of their labor. YUM! If you really enjoy your coffee Kona Rainforest Organic needs to be on your list.Thanks again Robert & Dawn hope to see you again soon.AlohaDave & Dianna PLodi Wisconsin

Wonderful family run organic coffee farm. IMO they have the best Kona Coffee available. Call ahead and they'll give you a free farm tour and tasting with great views and tons of knowledge and insight into their processes. I brought my family for a tour when they were visiting the island, and even though none of them drink coffee, they loved it. Even if you can't make it out there, the sell coffee online and will ship wherever you are. Couldn't recommend Kona Rain Forest enough.

Very poor signage ... dangerous and confusing entrance from the small main road where many cars speed by ... I really wanted to visit here on our tight schedule. The lady I spoke to seemed very nice and they offered hourly tour of the place. However the entrance was very poorly marked and confusing. It is also very dangerous to enter and exit from the small main road. They must adress above-mentioned issues if they want to increase the foot traffic.
