Seems the reps here need some training. My sister had the unfortunate experience of being assisted? if you can even call it that by Trevor. She came in for a simple upgrade. I told her exactly how it would go down and set the expectations. Luckily Trevor had his own plan. He added a feature called Verizon Home Device Protect to the account without ever asking her. It is a $25 monthly recurring charge by the way that is completely unnecessary. But don’t worry it gets better. Trevor didn’t realize that the crack on her phone was on the removable screen protector so he forced her to pay off her phone entirely for a measly trade-in. It took me calling to realize that Trevor didn’t even think to take the screen protector off of the phone to realize the phone was in good condition. Trevor also didn’t think to look at the plan and see that it could be changed to qualify her upgrade for a trade-in promotion. I had to tell him to change the plan to the new plan to qualify her for the promotion. But Trevor was quick to add a $25 monthly recurring charge on the account without asking. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never recommended anyone to come to this location. Kermit you need to learn how to do your job the correct way and quit trying to deceive customers. You have left an absolute poor taste in my mouth on how Verizon conducts business.

This branch of Verizon has the rudest manager! We ordered speaker online and was under my name, before picking up the order I called their customer service that my husband would get the order at their store and they told us to bring a proof of marriage and my husband can pick up the item. At the store the manager wouldn’t allow my husband to pick up the item because the certificate he had might be fake?!! My husband showed ID’s and all. Because of frustration my husband cancelled the order. So I ordered again online and add up $12.99 just to be delivered at our house the NEXT DAY. I believe we had the same branch of Verizon! I was very dismayed when I found out that the item would be delivered after 4 days instead of 1 day! This is during holidays and we wanted to use the speaker for celebration that’s why we wanted it asap!
By the way, online they have 3 options of delivery!
The next day which cost $12.99!
3-4 days which is free!

While I was there he bought subway and Starbucks for his whole team…with his own money. I went to the store to do upgrade and get an apple watch for a promotional price, if I would have known that it is easier for me to do it online, I wouldn't go there in the first place. I just want a smooth transaction without calling customer service or processing it myself. At first the guy seems knowledgeable and what gets me upset is they texted me that the promo is not going to be initiated until i receive the phone. Then they want me to call customer service after. What a hassle and waste of time. If they explained it to me beforehand i would understand and the manager is helping me but I am kinda upset and she is giving me a little attitude. Before I don't have a problem with the store but now with those kind of people incompetent and lack of customer service , I am not a happy camper.

Outstanding service from Solomon today. He helped me purchase and install a prepaid SIM card. Quick service and he even gave me the tool to pop out my SIM card holder.

My husband needed a new phone PRONTO!! So we walked in to the Pearlridge location and I inform the sales person (I think his name is Ryan) what we were there for. He was not welcoming, no greeting, he looked like he hated working there. He stated that he could not help us because they had no internet connection. He even showed me his iPad with the spinning circle to prove that they had no internet. If he was nice to begin with, I would not have given him the "stink eye" and the "you are so good for nothing" expression but he was so lacking in the customer service area that being rude on top of not being able to service our mobile needs just broke the camel's back for me. If you see a salt and pepper middle age guy.....go in the other direction and find another sales person....

This store is fairly consistent with customers but they do a good job of tracking who comes in and assisting them chronologically. I went in and both associates were busy with customers, no biggy. Once the manager, (Chuck?, sorry horrible with names) had a moment of down time with his customer he asked me a few questions and let me know he’d be right with me. Once he was through with that other customer he solved the issue I was having and I was on my way. Knowledgeable and efficient service.
