Went in and got my foot measured. Turns our I'm a medium arch! I always thought I was flat footed. They fitted me for insoles. They are a bit hard, but I got used to them and I'm hoping that they are helping my foot health. They are not as cheap as Wal-Mart, but those were soft, but not very durable. I have been wearing them for about a month now and occasionally the outside edge of my foot hurts since the weight is off of the arch now. The service was very good.

I was helped by Josh. He was very helpful in helping me find the right insoles to help my achy, high arch feet. He gave me shoes to put the insoles in, and try it on to see how it felt. He also had me try on compression socks which I've never tried on before. Josh was very good at answering all my questions and he explained it well. He also helped my Mom buy compression sleeves(?) for her calves. Josh is very good at his job! Thank you for such good customer service!

Such great customer service from Tani. She really tried her best to find the best type of shoe for my husband. In the end she helped us both finding us comfortable slippers in both of our sizes. Such a sweet and caring soul. We appreciate you.

My new Hoka One One shoes are very comfortable and light weight. I went half a size up and it works well for me. Shopping online was effortless. Get your shoes your feet will thank you for it. Happy feet!

Tani is excellentShe was helping someone at the register but saw me and while her customers were doing something she asked me if I needed a size. I told her & she got it for me without missing a beat with her current customers. She even noticed that my feet weren't secure in the sandals & informed me of the Velcro under the buckle...perfection. She must be an employer's dream-efficient, knowledgeable & friendly! Although there were many customers in the store she acknowledged me right away - customer service-smiles. Love the sandals (comfort & style). Will go back again for more colors & styles. My husband and I decided to make a dinner reservation at a fancy restaurant to celebrate our honeymoon, my first thought... "I need a new pair of shoes to match my dress!" Searching Yelp I came across this specialty foot store and immediately called them up to see if they had a pair of sandals in my size. Sure enough the woman on the phone reassured me they had plenty in stock and even held some for me to try on in the store. As soon as I came in she had a few boxes of nice cute wedge sandals ready for me to try on! After I finished trying them on I decided to purchase the Grace Adjustable Woven Wedge in White by Aetrex in size 9.5 wide. They are genuine leather with a memory foam footbed, with extra padding on the back of the heel to prevent blisters, antimicrobial treated and podiatrist approved! Not to mention they matched my white lace dress I was wearing perfectly! I would definitely recommend this location, located in the Windward Mall! They're actually Hawaii's largest specialty foot store with 3 locations, each shoe hand selected by podiatrist, Dr. Greg Morris! I'll definitely be returning when in the area to support this locally owned and operated business when I'm in the need of a new pair! SYOY!

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Excellent service from Tani! I brought my elderly Mom in to find a comfortable shoe. Tani worked her magic and recommended a perfect sandal that fit well and satisfied all the requirements. Tani worked very hard in servicing all the customers in a busy store providing specialized service to all. Tani is an asset to the company so please give her a raise! Mahalo!

First time checking this location. At first it’s a blah… coz the person working here seems to don’t care at all. I don’t blame her coz at the same time some stocks just came in and at the same time this one middle-aged woman are currently doing inventory on their stuffs.But as soon as the other woman finished loading up the stocks, the sales person was able to accommodate us and is patience going back and forth at the back trying to find the sizes that we need for our foot.Purchased Keen and leave the store so cheery coz husband and I have matching shoes!

Tani was excellent! Very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Wandered into the store to buy work shoes. While assisting me, she very adeptly juggled other customers who came in afterwards. Doing all this while working solo, unassisted. Very masterful. Very satisfied with my purchase of Keen brand shoes which they had in stock in my size. Also used their high tech machine that measures your feet for correct insoles. All around very satisfying experience. Would highly recommend to others.

"Life is not a fairytale if you lose a shoe at midnight then you are drunk." I may be a beauty junkie but not on shoes. By far, all the shoes I got I make sure that I wore them alternately. I don't buy coz it's a trend. Most of the time I bought them coz I need them and its comfort. Or I simply need an update. Bandit check this out since we are in the area and to his surprise they got Keen shoes/sandals. And yes he purchased one! Out of curiosity I tried fitting one and to my surprise I love them instantly! And yes, both of us leave the store with matching keen shoes with just different colors and size but same style and model. Customer service is friendly and efficient. Love how we had a good interaction with the sales woman. She is so patient accommodating us. T'was an accomplished & delightful doing business with them. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!
