Lines are way too long and take too long to ring up each customer as they talk story to each customer about 10-15 minutes each and also talk to each other (co-workers) as they are ringing up customers. Instead of having 2 people ring up customers. Unprofessional and I was standing in line for a long time before I threw my items to the side and left.

Worst customer service from the many times I go in here. So there was a sign that said SHORTS "take addional 75% off". Mind you there was a lot in that area. I go and pay and it's not ringing as 75% off but the cashier says it it's on sale. After purchasing I look at my receipt, and the cashier told me the wrong price, she told me the discount off not the total. So I went back to return, I told her the sign is misleading esp when there's a lot right under the sign. She goes "oh yea we just put it there bc there's no space on the shelf where the others are at" (and points at the other fixture with the other shorts in the same color) smh. Idk if there's no space maybe you shouldn't put it on the floor? Not be misleading and put it with the clearance items under the big sign that says 75% off?

Haven't shopped here since they closed their outlet location but in glad I went in because I found which just arrived some tank tops for our son. Perfect timing for it just arrived and associate went out of her way to get it for us and on top of that it was on sale. Amazing I'm sorry I forgot her name but a just place to shop for kids clothes besides macys

My daughter just started ballet so I was just trying to buy some affordable tights. I called them and they were happy to help me. Even offered to put it on the side for me till I came to pick it up. I'm thankful because a lot of other places employees wouldn't go out of their way to help you with something. Especially if it's something small like that. I came in and got a bunch for under $2 which is such a good deal! I also told them that their online store sells it for a cheaper price. One of the workers gladly price matched it for me without any hassle. Too bad the children's place is a little too far for me. Or else I'll be shopping here more often. Sadly they closed the one in Ala Moana a long time ago.

I've been shopping at the children's place for a very long time and it's sad to see what this store has come too. Ever since they had a new manger the last few years the store just Looks like complete crap it's always messy, dark and feels very unwelcoming for a children's store. The manager shantel always looks so annoyed to be at work and her staff must learn from her cause they don't look anymore happy to be at work either with the exception of a few employees when I been to the store but never when shantel the manager is working. My review today is very concerning especially in these times during covid one I came into the store outside lights in widow aren't working as well as quite a bit of lights in the store like I said very dark and fixtures are so close u can barely get a baby stroller threw the store. Merchandise on walls so packed u try to get something and a it's stuck. My main concern was checking out I observed the cashier as the lady in front of me checked out once she was done the associate grabbed a spray bottle and rag and wiped the counter off. I asked does your store not have disinfectant wipes that's so unsanitary using the same rag over and over after each customer she replied I know but our manager wants us to this I'm so sorry and offered hand sanitizer. What type of manager doesn't care about the health of her employees to use a nasty rag over n over I'm sure this isn't sanitary or part of covid guidelines for a retail store. Not to mention I purchased a bag and the sticker to scan is facing directly into the customers eyes!! Your store has a lot of great items and better management would turn this store around I don't see how this manager has lasted this long especially with all the bad reviews. I wish I took a photo of the associate wiping the counter with that nasty rag but I don't want to post them on here I'll def be calling corporate or the better bbb to look into this store and they cleaning practices.if I could give zero stars I would !not to mention the Christmas music still playing in January obliviously this manager doesn't care about her store!!

The wait to pay for your stuff is wayyyy too long. This wasn't the first time I waited for a while. They had 5 girls working and only 1 ringing up people, 4 hanging up clothes then 4 was behind the counter but still only 1 was ringing up people and was taking long. The person in front of me looked a little irritated because they were waiting for about 10 minutes so I would've been waiting way longer. I just dropped the clothes on the side and left I don't have time for this. The wait probably wouldn't have been so long if the cashier wasn't talking story to both the customers and co-workers and was very slow to ring up and bag everything.I really wanted that shirt for my daughter and wanted to use my gift card I had for over 2 years but oh wells.

Found some cute Tee shirts my grandson picked out himself. They have the perfect pull up shirts for kindergarteners. Both times I went the girls there were very helpful. They have nice quality clothes for a good price. The Pearl Ridge branch is the only location now.

This store is extremely messy. There are things laying everywhere, even on the floor. And then when I finally found something, it's ripped. It's better to shop online if you like The Children's place. This review is for this location.

Crazy place to on-line shop!!! I placed an order on April 10th they said here before Easter & ur order will be here April 16th. My frustration today April 26th I get a E-Mail rate my order. So of course I call to see what's going on 1st it is 7-10 days (ok missed that date) to oh since u in Hawaii it's 7-14 days (ok missed that date) to oh Easter delivery is not honored since I'm in Hawaii. Ok to Hawaii is not US United States REALLY since when??? Totally Stupid! NEVER MAKE PURCHASES FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Hawai'i is not US Lol since when? I feel discrimination here.

Saw a sign in the window- sale signs are my weakness. The store has so much merchandise that luckily signs post the area of the size you need. I never got to the clothes cuz 2 necklaces with matching bracelets on the rack had me stop in my tracks. One for my little sweetie's easter basket and one for just because. The only employee in site was stocking or folding some clothing. I patiently waited at the counter then finally turned and asked, "can you ring me up?" She continued folding a while thus the 1 missing star. My phone number was still in their system when she looked me up. She kept going back and forth between what looked like 2 cell phones. I told her,"humbug, huh?" She agreed and said they took away some device and pointed to the gap on the lower left counter.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I could give a -1 star. This store is the absolute worst store I have ever been to in my life. No wonder it is going bankrupt. We were sent a gift from Washington for my daughter but it does not fit so I wanted to exchange it. The gift was sent late (not the stores fault) so the gift receipt was no longer valid. They would not let me exchange it because it's not from their store. SERIOUSLY?? Why can't they go into their system and get the lowest price available? Any other legitimate business like Target or Old Navy can at least give you the current price for an exchange. I'll be glad when all of these store close down, they are such a crappy company. Forgot to mentioned that they opened the store late. Lazy employees because they don't care. So embarrassing.

I came here for the first time before Christmas to shop for gifts. First, I will say that they have many cute clothing and accessory items for babies and children! I did find a couple of great items to gift. However, at this time the store was very disorganized with piles of unfolded clothes to dig through, mismatched hangers to clothing of the correct size. There were some shoes/clothes on the ground. The store wasn't crowded but I figured it must have been busy earlier since it was during the holiday season. I dropped by the other day to look for a gift again. The store was again, very disorganized. I used to work in retail and I know it can be tiresome to refold/hang clothes and organize only to have customers come in and mess it up again, but that is just part of the job. I think I will stick to shopping online at the children's place website from now on.

Will not be shopping at this location again! Came here and bought some stuff. I walked out and few seconds later an employee ran me down asking to check my bag. I open my bag and she starts digging through it. In the middle of the mall she's digging through my bag. How much more unprofessional can you get! She didn't pull me to the side just in the middle of the mall LOUD AS EVERY EXCUSE ME DID YOU JUST COME FROM CHILDREN'S PLACE I NEED TO CHECK YOUR BAG! When I say embarrassing as every. Then she said oh this is all you got? The sensor went off when you left the store. When she didn't find what she was looking for she went back to the store. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE RECEIPT FOR THE STUFF THAT I DID PURCHASE. I'm not the only person that walked out the store but you want to chase me down and dig through my bag IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL. I come here all the time. They will not get another dime of my money. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO PROPERLY CHECK TO SEE IF SOMEONE IS STEALING. STOPPING SOMEONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL LOUD AS EVER AND DIGGING THROUGH THEIR BAG IS NOT THE PROPER WAY! I should have gotten her name so I could report her.
